Love these rings!
These are the best rings I own. Smooth and high quality wood rings and speedy fast adjustability on the straps. Compared to my other rings, these are much faster to adjust and be completely even as expected. I jump between exercises much faster with these rings. The straps are heavy duty and will last a long time. I take them with me so I can exercise anywhere when not able to work out at home. A must buy if you use rings!

Sturdy, portable, amazingly easy to adjust
Nevermind the bullcrap in the picture. What you can see is I was able to attach the straps to the joists while on a vacation and do nearly every exercise you can do in a gym. Everything from pull ups/chin ups/ horizontal push ups/ bicep and tricep curl and extensionsâ¦the list goes on. This was great not only for my trip but what I use almost daily in my home gym that adds versatility and ease to my workouts. I would never get another type of set that didnât have the numbered slots to clip into. You can know exactly what level you need to be at without eyeballing it and having to adjust. A worthy buy to be sure.

Perfect. These are the rings you want.
Got into calisthenics and the reddit body weight routines a month or two ago. I spent a bit of time researching which rings to buy, reading reviews, etc. Iâm so glad I got these! After about six weeks of use I canât imagine an improvement.The rings themselves appear to be a high quality plywood. I say âappearâ because I can only diagnose look and feel. They have a consistent profile and are sanded/finished to a satisfying level of grippy. The wood is smooth without splinters or gaps and is still flawless after six weeks. As mentioned by others, the finish level is not 10,000 grit sanding to mirror shine, but I think thatâs a feature, not a bug. They feel great in the hand. Six weeks isnât six years, but Iâm impressed so far.The straps are every bit good enough to match the rings. Thick, high quality feeling webbing with great stitching and clear markings. Super durable and still like new after six weeks. I love the quick release design. Iâm able to adjust both straps from pull-up height to dip height to ring rollout height each in under 60 seconds. And the markings mean my height adjustments land on evenly aligned rings after every change. No fidgeting or frustration getting the rings to be even. My daughters love to play on them, and as is the prerogative of little kids (6 and 8 at time of review), they want the height adjusted every 4 minutes to do some new âtrickâ. No sweat, because it is so easy.These are the rings you want. Buy them! Iâm so glad these are the ones I got to start my adventure.

Good after some sanding
The best aspect of this set is the strap system that makes it easy and secure to change the length. No buckles or excess lengths to deal with. In that regard it works very well and looks great doing it. Feels very sturdy and feels at least initially like it will hold up well. The only downside for me is the rings themselves. While solid and shaped well, they both had several rough spots that I had to sand down by hand. I’m talking rough enough to cause splinters. Took about 1/2 an hour of manual sanding with two different grits to get them smooth all over like I feel they should have been from the factory. But that said, all in all I’m very happy with the end result and it’s an excellent addition to my home gym and (even with the sanding) a great value.

First impressions are superb!
As soon as you open these up you instantly see and feel the quality. The rings are strong, thick and smooth (though they even include some sandpaper to get even smoother if you like) but mine are super smooth already. The straps feel incredibly strong and have so many adjustments that feel equally solid. I’ve only just got these so will of course update my review if anything changes, but for now these are 5 stars all the way!

I have wanted rings for a while but had assumed there was nowhere on my property I could easily set them up. Then one day I looked up and saw this beam outside, but it’s 12 ft high so I needed long straps. Also saw YouTube videos showing that you can wrap them around a doorframe pullup bar as well. With the extra short straps they came with, I can easily set them up indoors or outdoors. I set them at a certain height for pull ups and chin ups, then add the extension for dips or to lower them almost to the ground for push ups.Directions that came with it were kind of wack and confused me at first – perhaps because I didn’t realize or expect that you’re intended to put the carabiner through the mega-stitched yellow spots. At first it seems mind boggling that this stitching could hold bodyweight, but it seems designed for that and is actually pretty handy for switching height for different exercises.Wooden rings seem of good quality as do the straps. Rings come with some sandpaper which I assume is to use if you happen to bang them around and they develop weird spots that aren’t smooth.As other reviewers mentioned, mine also came in a box that seemed it had been opened before but the contents seemed new or very lightly used. Oddly, there was a loose tiny spring (I’m assuming a duplicate of the type of spring used in the carabiner, because all my carabiners seemed to have springs intact) and a small bag with a bunch of tiny screws that don’t match any of the components inside the box. These, combined with the weird poorly-lit instructional photos on the back, had me scratching my head for a bit.Overall happy with the product for the price. Arrived quickly in Canada too. I struggle to stick to a disciplined workout routine, so this helps incorporate a lot of fun and challenge into getting in shape. I’m a lifetime skateboarder and this matches a lot of the fun of learning the intricacies of a new trick. I’ve been mostly focusing on yoga and calisthenics for years but my progress seemed to have plateaued – these rings are working muscles I had been neglecting and I can already feel my body adapting and building mass.

I trust these to hold my kids hanging upside down 🙂 Easy setup and they even transformed it into a swing. Can see how it’s not perfect for all situations but it’s very good for what we need.
