Solid – works exactly as expected!
I bought the blue one. It is solid, quality metal and works perfectly for a garden that includes vegetables and some small trees — very easy to adjust distance it covers, and it nicely covers everything from where it sits, outward. Really love the design and it replaced a “back and forth” sprinkler that wasted tons of water. I use a split valve to water two parts of my backyard. Even with this getting half of the water from the main faucet, it works and spins perfectly. It will spin more slowly with less pressure and cover a smaller distance, but it is always spinning and adjusting the valve at my splitter makes adjusting the distance super easy. Highly recommend.

Have low pressure hose and this is designed just for that reason.
I bought those self curl hoses for yard and it does not do well with regular sprinkler head. The pressure in hose line is too low BUT this sprinkler is designed for the low water pressure and does an excellent job of 38 feet of even sprinkling of each area soaking the whole area very nicely. Watch the video on line and see this is worth the money to do a great job of watering yard without wasting water . Worth the price. Well made.

A good sprinkler that actually works
I purchased this and a couple of other sprinklers from Dramm, and they are all very good. The problem with most all sprinklers you can buy in stores is they are cheap — cheap in price and cheap in quality. I know, I used to be in the hardware store business, and most of the sprinklers we sold, regardless of brand, were of poor quality. About half of them were returned by the customers as defective within one year. I complained about this to one of my vendors, he said “Oh that’s OK, people don’t expect sprinklers to last more than a year.” I disagree. There used to be good sprinklers made in this country, like L.R. Nelson, but now they are all made in China, probably all in the same factory, and they are all cheap. But the one good sprinkler we used to sell was Dramm. So I was glad to find them here. The price may be higher, but they are heavy-duty, mostly all metal, and they perform well and will last many years. Actually less expensive than buying a cheap sprinkler every year. I am very satisfied with my Dramm sprinklers.

Decent sprinkler , works well on 30 psi system
I’m trying to be as easy as possible with gravity or water pressure making things work. No pump on my irrigation water (30 psi just tightlined) sprinkler has simple parts that move, no gears , plastic parts etc. Throws a decent circle of water and nice Rain pattern. Will see if it last. I run sprinkler hard 24/7 during irrigation season, 4 stars for now till it gets some wear n tear on it.Decent construction, no plastic. Will update after season

Works on a well
Worked great on my well. Nice coverage of the area. Sturdy construction. Bright yellow color makes it easy to find in the dark.

Cheap plastic mechanism inside
Like many of us, I was fed up with plastic sprinklers that failed way too quickly. Decided to go for this sprinkler since it looked sturdy and had great reviews. Admittedly, it is pretty expensive but I was fed up.Bought mine July 15 and itâs now October 1. Turned it on today, it ran for a while. And then it got stuck. The arm refused to move and was stuck in a fixed position. Extremely frustrated.Came back later and was angry. Decided to just try and smash it on the concrete driveway to see if I could dislodge something that was stuck in the cheap plastic mechanism underneath. Good news is that actually worked but Iâm pretty sure the little chunk of loose plastic in the cheap plastic mechanism will eventually cause the arm to be stuck .So my biggest complaint is that the company puts all its money in tough looking parts of the sprinkler, but put cheap plastic in the most important mechanism. Why not give us a plastic holder on the outside, and a nice hard metal mechanism to manage the sprinkling part.So buyer beware. It looks like itâs sturdy, but itâs not.

twirls decent; pretty berry color
We have well water so the pressure isn’t like being on City water. Despite that it twirls decently. We had bought one similar style (not this brand) in same color at a local hardware chain. That one is cheaply made. Comparing the two is night and day. This Dramm twirl sprinkler is terrific. Don’t regret buying this at all. Love the berry color and rolls nicely so you can move it with the hose.

Hose connection is glued in and failed
This unit was bought on August 11, 2024 and used less around 4 times before it failed. It worked great with my low water pressure. However, the hose connection to the unit failed; to be clear did not break. It looks like they use some type of glue to press the plastic connection into the side hole/slot. I have contacted them on their website and a couple minutes later they said new ColorStorm Spinning Sprinkler in color yellow will be sent as a full replacement under warranty to my address. Their customer service is 5 star; I changed my rating unit rating from 1 star to 3 star.

as opposed to light plastic sprinkler, this one stays in place. Ideal for round areas large or small. A light silicon spray (or oil) on the axles before first use while it’s dry, and I was ready to go. Been working like a charm since.

Todo bien con el producto, excelente. Pero pesimo empaque, lo envian en un sobre sin ninguna proteccion, y por supuesto llego dañado, no giraba porque estaba desalineado por un golpe. Por suerte lo pude enderezar.

Fricken awesome sprinkler. It does this nice misting over the lawn, very sturdy and it looks good. Completely metal. If you have a large yard you could even put together a system to have multiple of these. The most spread eveningly and gets everything pretty well.I know the price might seem a bit steep to some but honestly, I bought the cheap $5-$10 ones and they typically need replacing every year. I won’t have to do that next year with this one!
