Works very well
Purchased this for my mother to replace her rolling walker. The rolling walker got away from her causing her to fall. Luckily she wasnât hurt bad, just bruised & sore. She felt more secure & steady with her standard Medicare issued walker but couldnât carry anything. (not to mention itâs so much wider) This would not fit on the standard walker so I the purchase the walker they made. I had to take the wheels off her standard walker because the larger wheels made it too tall for her. (sheâs 4â10â). Easy to pull the tray up and down doesnât take up the entire top of the walker giving her room to walk âinsideâ. I put tennis balls on the front so she can slide over the hardwood floors easier. Itâs a little thinner than I had hoped but is sturdy enough to carry a drink & plate of food. The only thing I donât like is that you canât fold the walker up but thatâs a minor thing. My mother loves it & is more confident walking around. Gives me piece of mind knowing sheâs steadier & safer on her feet. I would recommend this, even if you have to purchase the walker too.

carrying things easier
It was easy to assemble and I now could carry my meal or things while walking with my walker. I had to rely on someone before purchasing tray. Sometimes it needs adjusted to be level but it is simple by a little lift of tray. It has been really helpful for different carrying tasks.

Does not fit Drive Medical Trigger Release Folding Walker
Because the Trigger Release walker is wider than this tray it was very difficult to get on the walker. Because the triggers have plastic that sticks out you could only put it on the walker lower than an optimal height. At that height the tray was not level but slightly slanted. Finally because the walker is wider than the tray this puts additional pressure on the sliders and makes it very difficult to get the tray to fold down so you can put the walker in the car. I had hoped that since they are made by the same company that these would fit but they do not. I wish the website description was more cleat about which walkers this fits.

Excellent design – Highly recommend
While I can manage walking short distances within my home without using a walker, I do keep folding walkers next to my patio and front doors so I can safely walk outside and carry things with me.One of my (Drive) walkers came with the Drive #10125 tray included. The other did not. Looking to ‘economize’ on a second (cheaper) tray I ordered one that looked similar to ‘Drive’ from Amazon. I attached it and immediately noticed that the center of gravity was not supported by the brackets, so it would collapse with any weight on it. I returned it and kept checking for a Drive #10125 on Amazon to replace it. I finally found a new ‘Open Box’ that was more in line with what I was prepared to spend.I strongly recommend that, if one is looking for a walker tray that is SAFE to use, spend the extra $$$ and BUY THE DRIVE #10125 Walker Tray.

folding tray for drive walker
This tray works pretty good but it did take some tweaking. My husband has a drive walker and this fit perfectly fine, the tweaking came when I had to lubricate the track so it would move more freely. I used a bar of soap and not it slides just fine. I might try wax later.

Works but could be better
I wish the brackets were better placed. In my pictures is the only way i could get it to stay on. I also wish the tray did not sit inside of the walker area. See picture. Would be better if was not inside the “stand up” area. Awkward to fold up and down. Very tight. Could be difficult for those with poor strength. Stable enough for foods, drinks and other light weight items in general. But defintely don’t lean on it. I also included which drive model walker we have.

UPDATE: AMAZON RESOLVED ISSUE. ORIGINAL: IF YOU LIKE TO CLEAN UP SPILLED MESSES, THIS IS THE TRAY…DEFECTIVE AND NOT RETURNABLE
UPDATE: When I reported it, Amazon immediately resolved our issue. In reading other recent reviews, it looks like there may have been a manufacturing problem with the ones we received and others have recently received. Because our issue was addressed, I have upgraded from a one start to three stars, with a few cautions: Discuss the product with the supplier before buying it to be sure the current problem is resolved and make sure you find a clearly stated return policy that includes length of time for return and under what conditions.ORIGINAL REVIEW: If you like to clean up spilled messes on the floor, this is the tray for you. This tray fit on the walker–a walker that looks like one pictured when we bought it. However, it does not latch into place and it slants downward toward the person using the walker. The tray can be pushed forward and down for folding out of the way, however, if someone grabs it by the tray or touches the tray on that front side, it will fold forward, spilling everything onto the floor. It is a reasonable instinct for someone to do that and I cannot program out that urge touch the front of it at times (e.g., when sitting, to pull it closer). The end result is that I had to move sofas to clean up the mess! To add insult to injury, I had inadvertently ordered two. The second one is still sitting in the shipping box, complete with the strapping wrapped around it–unopened. I tried to return the unopened one during the 30-day return window and got a message that is NOT RETURNABLE.

Bought it for an elderly person who uses a walker to get around the house. This sort of tray is essential, because it takes two hands to use the walker, so how is a person going to transport a plate or a cup or whatever without a horizontal tray? Frankly I can’t understand why walkers aren’t sold with one already installed. I searched quite extensively for such a walker and the only one I could find cost about $250. Meanwhile I came across this attachable tray which, although quite overpriced, is still way less than $250.It appears to be quite sturdy and fits snugly onto the walker. It can hold a dinner plate (10 inch diameter) and there are two different sized cup repositories (as seen in the picture). There’s a lip around the edge of the tray which prevents the plate from sliding off. To reduce spillage, it is better to use a walker with four wheels. For the walker I attached the tray to (brand name: Hugo), I had to order two extra 5 -inch diameter standard walker wheels to replace the back feet. It’s pretty much impossible to retract the tray, yet that doesn’t affect its usefulness. The walker I attached it to is quite obviously not the exact dimensions for which this tray was designed for, so I had to force things a bit to get the tray on, and it might actually be more solidly installed because of this! The one drawback is that the tray is not exactly horizontal. It leans down slightly — again, probably because the dimensions of the Hugo walker are not exactly what the tray is designed for — but it’s not leaning so much as to cause any problems.Overall, this tray works fine and the person I bought it for is very happy with it.

I had to get it for an elderly family member after a fall and looked for something simple and light. It is a sturdy foldable walker that fits in the trunk easily. The tray slides on and stows easily after install.

Horrible misadvertisingâ¦.Bought this for a walker of the same brand and it doesnât fit. Walker looks exactly like the one in the picture yet doesnât fit. Listing says eligible for return or refund yet once you start the process it says not eligible. How sad that a senior is now stuck with something that doesnât work.

This tray suits Drive Medical 2-wheeled walker model #10210-1 (not sure about other models). It lays flat, can be stowed away. It is sturdy enough to hold a dinner plate, has 2 cupholders, can be used as a side table to hold personal items like glasses, tissues, medications, phone, etc. while user is sitting in chair or in bed. (It will never be as rugged as models made for the seat of a 4- wheeled walker, due to styles of walkers). Would highly recommend to encourage independence.

As expected, fits well on walker I purchased
