Does what it’s supposed to..
I have used these off and on for years, for many different reasons. They are accurate and simple to use. Helpful tip: buy some cheap plastic cups to pee in. It’s much cheaper to buy these and supply your own cups then to buy the ones that have the cup.Do not worry if the lines are faint. It doesn’t mean anything, it’s still negative. I’ve used my own pee to check that and sometimes it’s just a faint line. I’ve never had a positive on something that shouldn’t be there. Or a negative on something I know is there. These are very reliable.

…no guessing to distinguish positive from negative…
I run 1/2 Way Houses, and I use these 5-Panel dips instead of my full blown, 12-Panel Cups (…SAME supplier, here on Amazon… search: “12 Panel Drug Test Cup with BUP”) when I want to do a test of the more common substances I have found to be of most concern with my guys. These are FAST and dependable… no guessing to distinguish positive from negative (look closely) as with other inferior products I’ve used in the past. You DO need specimen cups, but these guys have them also, and they’re cheap enough. GOOD product !

So, this is why I need to use these….
First off, these come in a plain white box with the product number written on it. I bought the very common 5 panel which tests for amphetamine (adderral), methamphetamine (‘speed’), cocaine, THC (marijuana) and opiates (heroin, morphine, codeine). There are 5 very simple tests in the box and instructions in there that make the process very, very easy.I am in an opiate replacement therapy program because I have been sober off of pain pills for many, many years. Well, was sober off them. We’ll get to that…So, once a month I go in and pick up my ‘take home’ bottles and take that day’s dose in front of a nurse. Also on that day I have to do a UA (pee test) to ensure I’m still abstinent so I can keep receiving my take homes. I’m at the end of my master’s program and am doing an internship, which is rather intensive and requires my full and present attention. Sometime in 2021, I began to get unexplained pains later in the day, horrible pain. I went to my PCP, then to a Pain Management doctor who said I was metabolizing my medicine too quickly (also called a rapid methabolizer) and I was experiencing withdrawal symptoms every day. I thought, ‘Okay, let me explain this to my clinic so they can increase my dose”…that was 6 months ago and my dose has not increased. They made it so hard, so incredibly difficult to see the doctor, to request the increase, and then needed a fax (yes, a fax, I know!) from my psychiatrist saying he prescribes me certain medications. These obstacles I’m going through are called barriers to healthcare. Meanwhile, I’m going through severe withdrawal from about 4pm until the next morning EVERYDAY. And I’m working at my internship. At one point, I thought I was going to have to quit my internship, but I’m a single mom and I need this degree to provide for me and my son. I don’t have the luxury of checking into a 30 day inpatient program and doing a complete detox. So…I took matters into my own hands, I began drinking some of my dose from the next day on the days I worked so I wouldn’t be in such pain that I couldn’t work. Then, to subsidize the days I only had a 1/2 dose, I began to take a pain pill so I wouldn’t get ‘sick’ on those days. Essentially, I relapsed because my clinic has yet to increase my dose or be understanding in any way of the pain I’m going through. I just want it to be clear that I’m not able to get high because of the medication I take, I take them merely to get through the day (not have withdrawal symptoms). That brings us to why I need the drug tests. I have to stop taking the pain pills 5-7 days before the once-a-month day I go into the clinic, so that my UA will not come back positive for codeine. If it does, I lose all of my take-homes, thereby putting a wrench in my makeshift plan of survival. Well, I waited 5 days last month and my UA CAME BACK POSITIVE. Luckily, they gave me a warning, but said if it happens again, I will lose my privileges. I have my next monthly UA coming on Tuesday and I ordered these tests to help me see when the test will come back negative. I’m on day 3 of abstinence and so far they are still saying I’m positive for opiates, so I’ve been drinking up to 120 oz. of water a day and flushing my system as quickly as possible because I only have 3 days left till the UA. I am really relying on these tests and so far they’ve been very accurate. Well, congratulations if you got to the end of this review/journal entry and understood it. My life is very complicated right now and these tests make it a little bit more manageable. I do recommend these for drug tests for work or court-ordered drug testing. They have not failed me yet. I’ll update this review after I get the results of my UA from my clinic.

Good Product
I’ve used and purchased this product several times, and it works as described. The slight issue I have with these testing strips is that some of the lines always show up light, no matter what.If you’re using these as a precursory screening to more accurate GC/MS testing, then you’re going to waste a lot of money under the wrong assumption that someone has a presence of THC, Opiates or Cocaine at a low threshold. These three categories always have faint lines. In addition, the cutoff levels are wildly high on these strips. 300 ng/ml for Cocaine is extravagant. With a large amount of water intake, you could dilute a urine sample within 24 hours of cocaine use to easily circumvent such a high testing level.

Accurate and Easy to Use
Very detailed and easy to follow instructions were included. Does not come with a specimen cup, but that is typical for these tests. Not a big deal. The results were accurate because the test results were as I expected based on my teenage son’s admission. Also if the individual is taking a stimulant for ADHD such as Adderral or Vyvanse the test should show positive for AMP (Amphetamine). My son takes this drug daily and sure enough he tested positive for it. That was further reassurance that the test is accurate. There is a separate column for Methamphetamine, which would include crystal meth. Very pleased with purchase.

Fast, private, reliable in home testing
Accurate, fast, reliable, simplified. It doesnât come any easier than this. The instruction are clear, the how to use process is straight forward, and the results are very easy to read. I Recommend it for a quick, reliable and private test.
