Fairly easy to assemble
The instruction on these things are always a bit wonky. There’s a bar that goes across one side that you have to be attentive to, because that indicates the front. Made that mistake, but it was easy to fix.

Sturdy and Easy to Assemble and Move
I almost docked this a star because the assembly illustrations were hard to decipher due to small print and odd angles of perspective. However, if you look at the pictures on the order page, it’s easy enough to figure out. The unit went together easily and doesn’t require two people to assemble. Make sure that you mirror the side pieces (There is a hole for a support member that should match up) because if you flip them you will be unscrewing the unit to get it right. Also, note that some of the side attachments need to be fixed when you assemble the main unit. (I ended up disassembling some portions of the unit to add the attachments at the end). Having said this, the hardware is of decent quality and easy to attach and remove. The casters work well when unloaded, even on carpet, but once you load the unit, it’s probably hard to move on carpet. I’ve got about 250 pounds of kettlebells, dumbbells and other items on it so, while I can’t say it will hold over 600 pounds, I can say it is sturdy.

It was easy to assemble, though the instructions were lacking. Itâs made of metal, but I could bend the metal with my hands if I wanted to, so Iâm not certain that it can really hold 620 pounds. In any case, I did not buy it to put weights on it, so Iâm not worried about that. It looks nice, itâs convenient to roll around, and Iâm happy with it.
