lt is required to pull all guylines to get enough windproof, and sandbags, ground stakes as well.
Do not assemble or use the screen house close to a bonfire, fireworks, etc. Flying sparks can create holes in the tent fabric.
DO NOT drag the product (including the handbag) on the ground, which will cause the cloth to wear and tear.
Keep away from sharp items to prevent cuts, rips, and other damage!
This screen house is not waterproof.
Please put the screen house away when not in use.

Absolutely thrilled with it.
Absolutely thrilled with this purchase! I bought it as a replacement for a 10×10 screened in tent I had in the yard as a place to sit without being accosted by bugs all day. My 10×10 screened tent got beat to death by the winds and so I ended up looking around on the Internet for a replacement and found this tent. It comes in a nice bag and when you open up that bag it pretty much pops right out and it’s foldable right back into that bag. It took me less than 10 minutes to set it up, thus fa has withstood the gusting winds without having to weight it down further beyond stakes. But most importantly the screen mesh within this tent is so tiny that even the tiniest bugs can’t get in and I’ve been so impressed with that. 10 out of 10. Worth the money.

Easy and comfortable
I love this tent!! It keeps the pesky bugs and mosquitoes out. Allows a cool breeze to enter. Literally took 5 minutes to put up and easy to take down. I have my tent under my awning with no sand bags or stakes and even with winds it doesn’t move. I will eventually use the sand bags when necessary. Zipper to enter is without snag and the quality is awesome. It feels very heavy duty. Its spacious enough for 4 folding chairs or 2 adorandak chairs and a small table. Get it you wont be sorry!

Excellent Quality and easy
The cautions not to use in any amount of wind were not a problem for me. The reason wind would be a problem is that no air is allowed through the screen fabric. I could feel a fan 10 feet away standing next to the tent but inside could feel nothing. My reason for purchasing the tent is for air circulation next to the van. I was very disappointed because the one I purchased was a perfect size. It’s easy to set up and packs efficiently. Air flow aside, I loved the tent.

Surprisingly easy to set up (and fold!)
Got this for sitting outside at my lake house. Works great – keeps the insects away.Easy to put away for the season, as well. Look for the Youtube video where a guy shows how to fold it – it’s remarkably easy once you get the trick (fold it flat, then fold the logo to the bottom, then “scrunch” the sides in toward each other – see the video – it does justice to the process). Then it fits into a 18″ circular bag!

I’m a full time RV’r, bought this for my indoor / outdoor meowers so they can be outside & relatively safe from predators like Coyotes. Meowers circled in photo taken 01/01/2025 in Quartzsite, AZ – BLM LTVA (Long Term Visitor Area). Cannot use anchor spikes, ground is like concrete, used rocks to hold it in place.

Easy to erect, very pleasing appearance, sturdy and easy to secure. Bought it to put on my patio to keep the mosquitoes away. Just the right size for two to four people to enjoy the fresh air.

EAST OAK IS A JOKE. THANK GOD WE WERE NOT OUT IN THE WILDERNESS.
It is designed poorly. The screen in door ripped on first use and pulled away from the nylon part of the tent. I can not pop it up and down as easily as explained. Which I never intended to do. Now that it is defect. I’m expected to put it back in this nice bag to send back. Not an easy task. I’m more than upset and want a full refund or a product that is not defect
