Why does the product stop working briefly?
The milk frother features overheat protection. If it shuts down due to high temperature, all four lights will flash as a reminder. Please do not worry! This is not a machine failure. Simply allow it to cool down before using it again.
Which milk froths better?
For optimal foaming results, we suggest using whole milk (3% fat or higher). You can also try oat milk or almond milk, but keep in mind that the foaming effect may vary based on the fat content.
How to prevent milk from burning?
Avoid heating milk repeatedly for a long time and wash it as soon as possible after use to prevent milk residue from settling at the bottom and causing the milk to burn.
How should we clean it?
This product has a special non-stick coating on the inside, so cleaning up is a breeze! Just rinse it under running water and gently wipe it dry with a soft cloth. Just a heads up, be careful not to get the button or base section wet.
What is the quantity limits?
For creating foam, use a minimum of 3.2oz/100ml and a maximum of 5.4oz/160ml. When heating milk, the maximum amount is 11.8oz/350ml. To prevent foam overflowing, ensure that the amount of milk added remains below the marked line.

As advertised, and works great
Pros: Nice options, simple instructions, clear internal markings, warms quickly, the frother froths, nice lid, well insulated, cleans easilyCons (these would not have deterred my purchase):1) A small amount of liquid may pour over the spout in the event the contents are not poured entirely, causing liquid to run side of the unit, etc.,2) The desired setting must be selected within approximately one second of button actuation, likely causing the frother to activate briefly. Additionally, as the frother is quite efficient, more than the desired amount of foam may be produced.3) Regardless of the setting selected, the frother will activate for approximately one half second upon activation. Using greater amounts of liquid would mitigate the issue.

Works great and its easy to use!
I mainly purchased this to make lattes and hot chocolate. I own a small keurig, but donât have space for a full sized espresso machine. This device is a nice compact alternative, which makes lattes foamy and warm, without the coffee getting cold from adding milk straight from the fridge.An important note for new users – the instructions are not super clear. For example, when I was trying to make hot chocolate, I didnât realize you had to press the center button 4 times to select the hot chocolate option. If you donât, it defaults to the latte setting.Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. It makes great drinks and is simple to clean, while being small and easy to store!

Good frother
I purchased this frother to use with the Bialetti mocha pot I have. What I really liked about this frother is the ease of use, and how hot the milk was. I like hot beverages to be hot, and this kept my coffee hotter longer! It froths the best with dairy milk. Non-dairy milk doesnât froth nearly as well, but Iâve since found that this is because of the milk content, not the frother. Ultimately I purchased an automatic espresso maker with a frother, so didnât need this one.

Presets are perfect
Unlike my milk frother that recently died, the preset buttons on this device work perfectly. No matter if you are doing the hot foam or the cold foam it comes out perfect every time. No need to even check. I used to have to keep a close eye and either run another partial cycle or pull the plug before it turned back to a liquid. It is such a pleasure with this knowing I don’t have to babysit it. Other than working perfectly, its pretty standard. Makes great frothy hot chocolate and adds a nice milkshake texture to milk or chocolate milk that the kids love. Otherwise getting them to drink milk is up there with taking vitamins. This one was about half the price of my last machine, so I hope it lasts as long. Based on just how it looks and feels. Like the weight and how well it put together I feel it will be a high-quality device that will give me a solid 2 or three years of everyday use but time will tell. Meanwhile I will enjoy a stress free experience of making my morning “special” coffee using this frother. It seems while prices of everything around me are going up small kitchen appliances have just gotten better but prices are not moving much. Half the cost of the one I bought 4 years ago. Great value.

Not impressed
I have had this product for two weeks. Worked great in the beginning. It still operates but does not produce the nice thick foam as it did the first week. I am using the proper milk and amount. Not sure what is happening and why now it only makes basically hot milk. Disappointing to say the least.
