Powerful, Practical, Impressive machine!
I enjoy making coffee in the morning, but most of all, I like the cappuccino and Latte. The froth is just unbelievable. Loving the coffee this fancy machine makes.Also, if you hold the double cappuccino button down for 5 seconds, it will bypass the cappuccino and just do milk and frothing only, which is perfect if you want to add vanilla chai tea mix but don’t want a shot of espresso!!! By far my favorite feature!!!You can adjust the amount of froth with the knob on the front of the milk reservoir! Genius!!! And it works really well!!! I’m talking gobs of froth for the froth lover!!! I highly recommend this product.

It is so easy to use to make any types of coffee!
I followed the instructions and was able to make a double espresso and cappuccino the next day. I found the quick start manual very helpful (but also read the entire manual). It is a pleasure to use and easy to clean. You must follow the instructions and clean it after each milk serving! The display panel is very nice and clean. The frother is excellent. My cappuccino was so beautiful I had to order clear glass to enjoy it. Highly recommend this machine. This motivates me to wake up every morning and make myself a cup of coffee!

A fine no-frills espresso maker
I love my cuppa joe with breakfast in the morning, brewed by French press or Keurig. Lattes and cappuccinos are special treats from the coffee house or café once every week or two. My last home espresso machine was a hand-me-down basic manual model from a family member in ~1990, so I was interested in trying out the âURintells Cuising Espresso Machine 20 Barâ machine.The machine and parts were packed well and easy to remove. Since this is a basic model, cleaning the parts and setting up was also a breeze. The only tricky thing is that you must line up a metal âbossâ or nub on the coffee filter/basket to place and remove it from the Portafilter.The URintells Cuising Espresso Machine is automated for both milk frothing and espresso brewing, so you donât have a lot of flexibility for manual adjustments. Add water, put milk in its container if you want a latte or cappuccino, turn the machine on and let it warm up for a few minutes, choose the single or double basket, add some freshly ground dark-roast coffee (setting 10 on my Baratza Encore grinder worked well), attach the portafilter, and choose your drink from one of the 6 settings: single or double size for espresso, cappuccino, or latte.My college-aged daughter is a barista at a local drive-through hut in the Pacific Northwest and helped me assess the frothing and brew. She said that the froth was good â there was enough body but not too much air. She timed the espresso brew, and it met her approval. She said that the espresso settled well by observing in a clear glass.Tips: We found that for lattes (my preferred drink) whole milk works best. The machine heated 2% milk too quickly while frothing, resulting in slightly curdled milk with lumps. We also found that 15 grams of coffee worked well for a double espresso.There are not a lot of nooks and crannies where the portafilter attaches, making for easy cleanup with a rag. The milk bin was a bit of a pain (see below).Cons: you cannot manually froth your own milk, limiting personal adjustments in froth and quantity. This also means that you cannot use 2% milk since you canât control the timing and placement for frothing. Since you must put milk into the container prior to making a drink, you are likely to waste a little each time, and it is also harder to clean out the plastic bin compared to a separate metal frothing pitcher.I found that I prefer an extra shot with the predefined single and double latte sizes. This is solved by pulling a shot of espresso prior to making the latte. This works best for a double latte, as you can pre-measure both single and double baskets and use them both without having to clean one right away.Once you learn how to use this espresso maker and if youâre OK with its limitations, this is a good home model. Iâm giving it 4 stars because Iâd like a little more control over the ratios of milk to espresso â Iâd like to be able to pull a double shot to use with a single sized latte of cappuccino.

Time Saver
What an absolute time and money saver this coffee machine is for me! I was spending $7-10 a day on a coffee from the coffee stand down the street. I have only had this for about a week, and can say without a doubt that this machine makes coffee that tastes just as good as the coffee from the coffee stand. It does not take up much space on the kitchen counter. The containers for the milk and the water are both easy to remove and clean/store. The setup instructions are clear, precise, and easy to follow, just like the usage instructions are. The machine while running, is rather loud but it does make the shots of coffee and the steamed milk in a rather quick fashion. The top of the machine has a nice rubber mat built onto it, so that your espresso tools do not slide around and/or get lost. I loved that the machine comes with 2 different little cups for the coffee to be made in. The scoop/stamper that comes with this machine, leaves something to be desired. It is probably my least favorite part of this kit. Everything else is nice and sleek, well made, compact, sturdy and then the scoop is super thin frail plastic. I love the fact that there are settings which allow you to steam the milk for hot chocolate, an espresso, a latte, or even just plain ol coffee. So super happy with the decision to get this machine and replace my old icky one.
