Beautiful, high quality, a little loud
I love the look of this machine and the richness of the espresso! I still have some learning to do with it. For example, the pressure dial is either broken or I donât know how to set it. I havenât looked into it yet.Also, the porta filter is finicky in that in needs to be filled with the perfect amount of grounds to smoothly go into the group head.But truly, these are all overcome-able issues that will be very much worth it as long as the machine can withstand a lot of usage during bulk events over a course of time.

Returned afer a couple weeks
At first I really liked this machine. Nice appearance, I liked the integrated grinder and the options to customize the grind amount and brew times. But after a couple weeks the grinder started to regularly clog. And, I had spent a bit of time adjusting the grind level to hit the sweet spot of just the right amount of pressure on the gauge. But after a couple weeks, I kept having to adjust the grind level to stay in that sweet spot. What worked one day resulted in too much pressure the next day. Very frustrating. I had to retun it. Look elsewhere for your espresso machine.

Makes an Excellent Latte
It works great. The only thing I find in using it is the steamer function, it is a tight fit to get the milk pitcher in and out. That is with the steamer wand rotating. Overall it is a very good machine.

Ease to set up and simple to operate. Except for matching number of beans to cup of espresso. I’m working on that and enjoying drinking all the less than perfect products.

Nice Machine
I got this as an upgrade from a Nespresso machine, and quite glad I did. The Nespresso was loud, slow, couldn’t easily produce hot water, and forced you into using their expensive Pods. This machine solved all those problems while making a much shot of espresso. I made a perfect shot my first attempt with no prior experience, so its easy enough to use. Will continue to get better and better too

Grinder works well and the espresso comes out ok but, temperature is on the low side even after setting to the highest and pressure gauge seems to barely work or there is absolutely no pressure
