Q: Why is the VeSync app showing disconnected constantly?
A: The scale will power off 20 seconds after displaying your body indexes in order to save power. During that time, it will show “disconnected”. To reconnect, turn the scale back on and open the app.
Q: How do multiple users use the same scale?
A: There are 2 ways: (1) Multiple Users with Separate VeSync Accounts. Please note only 5 VeSync accounts can pair with the smart scale at a time. (2) Multiple Users with a Shared VeSync Account. Users who create or log in to a VeSync account can create multiple user profiles within their account. All users can log in to the same account (on their own smartphones) without requiring the other users to log out.
Q: How to do firmware update?
A: Please follow these simple steps: (1) Turn on your phone Bluetooth. (2) Light up the scale. (3) Open the app and click the scale picture to go to the device page. Wait for several seconds for it to connect to Bluetooth. There will be a Bluetooth icon that appears in blue on the screen display when it’s connected. (4) Follow the in-app firmware update instruction to update it. Do not let the scale display turns off when connecting or updating.

works just fine. If the instructions are followed the weight reading shows up quickly flashes twice then stays lite in view. The instructions are to put your full foot on the scale push down the release. This sets the scale. Then step on the scale as you would any other scale for weight reading.I like the wide size so that both my feet fit on the scale without my being off balance. The numbers are big & easy to read.

Does What Is Needed
This scale replaces an old, similar-style glass scale. It is smaller and lighter than my old one, but definitely less expensive and not full of digital features I don’t need. I find it easy to store on a shelf (I do not leave it upright against anything for fear of breaking). I am satisfied the readings are acceptably accurate because they do vary week-to-week and reflect how heavy I am feeling. I do recommend handling this scale with care, though, because it is lightweight and seems fragile.

Excellent scale, nice design, and simple to use
I started weightloss shots a little bit ago. Insurance requires weekly weight check-ins to stay on the medication because of the cost. I have to hit milestones or show progress in order to stay on it. This scale is very accurate. There is only a 1lb difference between my doctor’s scale and this one. No specific way to tell if either is exact, but close enough to be accurate enough. I put a 25lb weight on it (with a towel to protect it) and it came in at 25.3Lbs. So, I have to say pretty accurate.It is sleek, looks nice in any place. Easy to store or rest against the wall. I would not hesitate to tell someone to buy this. The only concern I would have is if you are extremely over weight whether it could handle. I was 265 when I started and had no issue or concern. But it feels like it is made of tempered glass, so there is a chance at some point it shatters.

Great value for the money
My Weight Watchers scale from Costco conked out after 8 years. I wanted a similar digital scale but Costco doesn’t seem to carry one. This functions similarly. In fact, it’s easier to determine your weight because after activating the scale (by stepping on and off until it zeroes out), you step on until your final weight blinks 3 times. Neat. While slightly smaller than my previous scale, I believe that the weight capacity is higher (400 lbs.). It comes with batteries which is a plus. Shipment was next day. It is manufactured in China (for those who want to know). The U.S. online warranty registration process was straightforward. The warranty is for 2 years. All in all, recommended.
