Great for those days with little motivation… And to get the kids involved!
Dice are large and easy to read (just make sure there’s a kind of contained area -THEY BOUNCE!).The workouts and reps are reasonable… No random two minutes of pullups thanks to separate dice.These are PERFECT to get kids involved and interested in fitness since “dice=game!”

Tumbling coach here. As my athletes did their circuit of drills, two would meet at the dice roll. They played rock paper scissors, and whomever won, decided which dice each would roll. Do the workout, move on. It was fun!

Helpful & Motivating
I really like the many different options the fitness dice offers. I already work out in the morning for 40-60 minutes. My intention with these was to shake up my daily routine, by adding in extra sets of different strength and cardio sets throughout the day. These are extremely lightweight and a soft foam material. Check out the attached photo for size perspective. Glad I got these.

Add Fun to your Exercising
These were a gift for my grown kids. They both enjoy exercising, but being stuck at home doesn’t give you much motivation. These dice added a bit of fun to their exercise routines. The bag is great so the dice don’t end up all over the place. I like the quality of the product and they were delivered on time and in perfect condition.

Just started working out with the dice. Was doing a regular routine at the gym and was looking for a little variety. A friend has a dice that she picked up out of a clearance bin. It was a fun challenging workout, but not enough variety. These dice have a great variety and we started using the beginner and intermediate dice together, just the variety I was looking for. Worth the purchase and If I lost one I would repurchase the whole set again.

Premium product at bargain basement service. Information received suggests there are online videos through their app. This is false. Multiple emails to the business have not received any reply. Save your money! Do not spend this much on foam rubber dice with no information or support.

These make for a very fun work out. The dice are made of Styrofoam so its best not to use them on concrete surfaces. I gave only 4 stars because they arrive with some worn edges already.
