Perfect for limited space
Bought this for my boyfriend before we moved in together to keep at my place. Its been about a year since purchase, we now live together and he’s still using it when he needs coffee fast which is a couple times a week. Everything still works great a year since having it. I want to say that it’s super easy to use which means even I can make him coffee in the morning which I’m certain is his love language. love the fact that he can do K cups and ground coffee but in addition you can also have hot or cold coffee.

Well worth the price
I have been using it for weeks now and it is absolutely easy to use. It is light, comes with a recipe book, and a cleaning packet. I use it all the time. It is well worth the price for a quick cup of coffee, without any hassle.

Bought 2 for gifts and first one stopped working after 3rd brew. Going to return both
Opened box and set up first one bought as gift. Also bought second for camper since great reviews. Used it for first time on Christmas Eve. Worked as it should and did steps for it being a new machine. Used again Christmas night and after 3rd brew, it would not work. We tried troubleshooting and even went as far as using the citric acid pack to descale method. Worked well and did the process. Then tried again to brew hot chocolate and would not work. Tried jasmine tea and still wouldn’t work. Opened box to try second new one and went through steps. It worked and brewed the last two cup we tried on first one so the brew didn’t go to waste seeing how they were kcups. Will be returning both so I’m not taking chance with warranty. I also must say I called number from scanning troubleshooting on top of machine to call and find out voicemail was full. Don’t have time to mess around. Disappointed!Update. I shipped back to the company and they never refunded my money. The box was damaged during shipment as well!

So it is a nice little knock of kurig for the price. The only problem I’ve had with it is I have tried everything but cannot clean it so if the top is closed, the buttons flash red (does this to signal clean required). The book does not say anywhere where to clean it, only that the red lights mean clean me. That really is my only gripe with it. Otherwise its a great little coffee maker. It firmly closes, doesnt cause a mess, and is faster than I expected. My mom loves it and it was a gift for her so…

Takes a Few Tries to Get Right
I like my new coffee maker, but I am just a little disappointed with my purchase. It definitely does its job: make coffee. However, it seems cheaply made and keeps leaking. The top to the reusable kcup it came with broke during my first use. Not a big deal but it’s a small inconvenience. I also had to try a few times before getting the iced coffee right. In the morning, I don’t feel like breaking out my measuring cup to determine my ratio of ice:coffee grounds:water in ounces, so I wish there was something to help.The machine isn’t terrible though: the coffee tastes good and not burnt. The base for the cup is removable so you can add a bigger mug (but not too big; a few of mine don’t fit). It came with a cute recipe book for iced coffee which I’ve been using, so I thought that was a lovely touch. I also really like the stirrer it came with and use it every day.Overall, not bad, but I’m wondering if I’d be happier if I just shelled out the extra $20 for a Keurig.

Perfect for dorm!
Ordered this for my daughter for her dorm. The dorm room has limited counter space so this is great for small spaces and the versatility for being able to make coffee with either grounds or kcups, plus tea or hot cocoa is perfect for her and her roommates. They only need one appliance to do it all.

Individual freshly perked
Just received this machine after my Mr. Coffee stopped working. I love the individual coffee dispenser. Though you canât select how many ounces to choose as an auto setting you can control it by filling up the back to your desired ounces per cup. The machine runs until the water is emptied from the reservoir.Easy to refill coffee grounds. I havenât used the k-cup option as I prefer freshly ground coffee.It does take a min to start but every cup of coffee is now made to order and hot.Highly recommend
