Mini powerhouse finally playing smoothly streaming 4K
Excellent computer, powerful package in a small case. It is slightly bigger and heavier than some cheaper models but that is exactly why they don’t deliver the performance. The cooling is perfect and only gets warm on the top part even under heavy load. The combination of 200 processor allows for a seamless 4K 60 frames per second streaming from YouTube and other sources. Windows 11 the run smoothly on 16 GB RAM. Plays movies perfectly from a hard drive as well including 4K 60 frames per second and they look beautiful on our new OLED Samsung TV.Outstanding company and congratulations on the perfectly designed portable and silent machine. Please keep developing and making these computers, you are the best!

Worked well, RAM failed, replaced, keeps working well.
The product was just what I wanted – a powerful little server. About 10 months after the purchase it started failing. I’ve diagnozed it to be a memory defect (I used the windows memory diagnostic). I contacted the seller/manufacturer to report the problem and they confirmed the problem and suggested attempting to replace the RAM. I did and the PC is back in service. The seller reimbursed the cost of the new RAM. The replacement was straightforward.

Basic test okay + 1 year results
Tested as a media server. Multiple monitor, bluetooth, Wireless all worked. As expected completely silent since there is no fan. No issues with heat.9w on but doing nothing but showing screen, 1.4w sleep, 0.6w off. Measured AC usage with kill a watt product, so includes transformer inefficiencies. Haven’t played with any efficiency settings.Appears to include a full Windows 11 license initially installed. I certainly can’t claim to understand how Windows does licensing, but marketing theory says they would be pestering me for money if I didn’t own this license. I wish it was more clear whether I actually own this license and if I do what key do I have if I need to reinstall?1 year resultsAm now running off of 24V battery system using buck converter to provide 12VDC to computer. Hardware has worked flawlessly. Windows is a bit finicky about reconnecting devices after waking from sleep, but that’s not the hardware’s fault. Have simultaneously driven 2 monitors via VGA and HDMI ports with no issues.Ran Linux on it as well without issue.Weirdly, USB and SD card slots are mounted upside down compared to how heat should flow optimally through the device, where the rubber feet are mounted and the power button icon. Just kind of weird to insert SD cards upside down.

Died after 3 months
At first the device worked as expected, totally silent, expected performance, the temperature of the CPU within acceptable range.Bough it on October and I used it as a home lab server 24/7, very low power consumption, 8 W average, 18 W peak.Sadly on February the device just shutdown and did not turn on again. The amazon return period had finished so I could not return it that way, I contacted the manufacturer and they offer if I shipped it to their NY offices they will repair it, I live overseas and that not really a sensible option.So when it works, is a really good device.

Powerfull PC with a Small Footprint,
I purchased one of Neosmayâs firewall devices a few months back for my home network and liked it.So, when it was time to replace my old HUGE desktop, I decided to go with one of their mini-PCâs.I didnât need a bleeding edge PC and the one I replaced is pretty much a web browser/streamer and this little guy does not disappoint!It is even smaller than their firewall device and I set it on a shelf out of sight and use my TV for a display and use a wireless keyboard and mouse.I love it because it is completely silent, it has plenty of RAM 16GBâs and a 512GB SSD, so it is also plenty fast.For a quadcore CPU it is very responsive.I would recommend this PC.

solid performer and surprisingly good customer service
I have been using this mini-pc as a music server for several months now and it has worked flawlessly and runs cool. What I have found most impressive is the customer service provided by Barry Chan. I recently had a question and contacted the company via email and text. Barry responded within 24 hours and was very helpful; he even made a video for me to show how to access the CMOS battery. I didn’t know what to expect when I originally ordered this inexpensive mini-pc but it has turned out to be an excellent choice.

Microphone does not work, USB, or Plug in.
This computer works great but you can’t get any kind of Microphone to work. Tried all kinds but the computer does not detect them.
