How did we get our start?
The ah-ha moment happened when Co-CEO and Co-Founder Heather Hasson was grabbing coffee with a nurse practitioner almost a decade ago. She couldn’t believe that her friend spent grueling 16-hour days serving others while wearing boxy, scratchy, and uncomfortable scrubs.
With a background in fashion, she set her sights on revolutionizing the industry by creating technically advanced apparel for the modern healthcare professional.
She partnered with Co-CEO and Co-Founder Trina Spear to not merely improve scrubs, but to completely transform the healthcare experience.

When we started FIGS, we created our Threads for Threads initiative to donate scrubs to healthcare professionals who work in resource-poor countries and lack the proper uniforms to do their jobs safely. So, there’s about a 90% chance you will need to order one size up. I was a bit worried they might be too small. There’s not too much stretchiness in the waist. They fit me well. Although, I personally think there’s a little too much room in my thigh area, but when I have to bend down, I don’t want to hear a rip sound either. The material is soft and flexible, but doesn’t feel cheap. I know where the extra money went. I can never have enough pockets, but I absolutely love the jogger style. I’ll be ordering the same style in different colors soon.

Great scrubs!
I work in healthcare, which is probably obvious, and the company I work with provided scuba for us, but the pants kept ripping on me. Three different pairs haha do I asked if I could buy my own and they said yes as long as they were the right color.I like jogger scrubs, and Iâve been using them since nursing school, but they arenât the same color I need for work. So I bought the Figâs Jogger scrub pant and I love them a lot! They are so comfortable and light. Iâm not that tall 5â9â so I ordered a small according to the size chart provided.. And they have more than one pocket as opposed to my last pair. The waist and comfort and perfect, theyâre just a little long for me. Other than that I highly recommend them!

Too over rated
Itâs such a bad product. Speaking form a vet point of view, donât get it. The material isnât the greatest the hair of animals get stuck on it like a magnet , it not really very comfortable it kinda restrain your movement.As for their shoes they are very expensive for nothing not durable ( mine got cut the first couple of months ) you expect for that expensive pair of shoes it will more durable.of course when I talked to customer services they were no help at all maybe even kinda rudeI think all figs offer is only a good looking pair of scrubs and shoes ( which doesnât even last very long ).I wouldnât waste my money again on them, a lot of other cheaper and better options out there.
