New rotor fixed draining issue
Worked perfectly, easy to install. Our dishwasher was not draining and did some research and saw that a worn rotor may be issue (after taking it apart and manually draining and running several times). New rotor/part came quickly and was packaged well.

Tore its self up BUT
Knowing I installed the part correctly, I ran a rinse cycle. when it finished I opened the door and the bottom was full of water. After draining and bailing it out I removed the cover and motor to find it had shredded the top fan gear and came apart on both ends. I spoke to a company that sells the part and was told many of these are shipped defective. They are sending me another from there company and said if it doesn’t work to use the included shipping label to return it and they would refund the money..Yes I did order the correct part the first time…. I ordered a second one.. I re-watched some on line videos and installed the part again. before I put the rubber O ring under the motor…. That was wrong causing a gap that pulled the motor down causing it to tear itself up. This time I put the O ring on top of the motor and the top plate above the O ring. Put the rest of the rack and silverware tray in, did a rinse cycle, opened the door and it had standing water .. After some inspection I found out the drain hose was plugged. Disconnecting hose from the washer I blew it clear.. The washer now works like new and I think its running quieter and the dishes come out CLEAN. I’m a happy camper again…..

Super easy swap out with the previous part. But it did uncover another part needed. Havenât ordered yetâ¦

Dishwasher pump replaced
I had a repair man to come look at my dishwasher and he charged me $176 just to tell me I needed to replace the pump. The cost of that was going to be $400 minus the $176 for the diagnostic. I got the serial number from my dishwasher and was able to find the pump on Amazon for $76. I replaced the pump myself and now dishwasher is working great!

Great item, make sure you confirm your model number exactly.
Brought the dishwasher pumping back to original condition. Perfect.The F&P parts cross reference can be confusing, especially on the older models. Make sure you match the part exactly.

Pay close attention to part number, the different F&P rotors are not interchangeable
I bought this as a replacement for a different model, since the photo looked identical to my current rotor, except for the worn white drain impeller on mine. Unfortunately, the filter plate clips into the rotor on my dishdrawer, and this part has a different upper plate (the side you can’t see in the listing photo).Since it was a Warehouse Deal, it was worth carefully pulling the blue spray impeller and upper plate off my old rotor, and transferring them to this new one. Dishdrawer is working like new again!Would have been nice if the listing had photos of both sides of the item. But then, I would have purchased the correct part number, probably at a higher price.
