Simple and Effective
Love this tracker, I know some others are more of a smart watch thing but I love it because it is so simple. I think I got it too wet once and I could not get it to reset but then a big update came along and that did the trick. You have to put the water lock on if you are going into the water with it, if you remember to do that then it really is waterproof. It is the best value I found for a tracker that can simply be about weight loss and other metrics if you are into that but my girlfriend and I got these and compete to have the best cal in to cal out ratio which it tracks in live time, the food log is very easy to follow and has honestly been the biggest win for us to tie the working out part of getting fit with the food part and seeing it in real numbers hour by hour.Highly recommend because of how easy the fit bit app works with it. The other watches just donât give you the same kind of metrics that you see your fitness journey with food and exercise the same way. We discovered what times and activities and eating patterns caused us to get ahead or behind and not all were obvious. Just a small walk at the end of the day every day can shows big results

Exactly what I wanted
I’ve been wearing this for a couple of weeks now, and it is perfect for what I wanted! I wanted something that was accurate for heart rate, and could measure my sleep. It’s been great for just that! I appreciate that you can see the exact times it has tracked everything, how many calories you’re burning, etc. The battery life has also been good; it lasts about 8 days with continuous wear. It’s slim and cute too; which is a huge plus. I’m not a fan of big chunky watches. The band is also comfortable. I’ve used products with similar silicone bands, that were always getting stuck in my hair or rubbing my skin, but this one is way more comfortable and less sticky.

Pretty much what I was looking for
Iâve always had good things to say about Fitbits and the only thing that disappointed me about this one is that itâs supposed to count stairs climbed but that feature doesnât work. I restarted it and that didnât fix the problem but oh well; Iâm satisfied with everything else. I donât need anything fancy so this meets my needs just fine. I love how slim it is. I was mostly looking to count my steps and track my heart rate and this does just that. I like to be mindful of how much Iâm moving around because I need to lose weight and this helps with that. I also like to track my walks. The different watch faces are fun. One feature I like is the sleep mode where it wonât light up when you move your wrist so it still tracks your sleep but you donât get bothered by the light when youâre trying to get to sleep. I also like that it estimates your calories burned and you can sync that info with different food tracking apps. Overall Iâm pleased with this purchase and getting it at 30% off was a bonus.

Great starter fitness tracker
I’m new to having a smart watch or fitness tracker. The default features are enough for me without additional memberships in Fitbit Premium to give me the data I need as a beginner. You get a lot of information, and the watch holds its charge for a long time. I have found the alarms easy to use for naps, and the meditation app has been really useful.Overall: Great value. Would buy again and recommend it to others.

Good data
After looking at several different devices, I settled on the inspire 3. It has been awesome after 4 weeks. The health data had given me the information to make meaningful changes like with sleep habits. Lots of good light rem and deep sleep stage information. I found the Oxygen saturation to read a bit low as compared to a finger reader. My heart rate lags a little from my polar but generally very accurate.I had a problem with a setting but the chat option guided me though it. It has a lot of value for the money paid compared to other systems out there. I definitely recommend the extra membership. There are lots of meditation exercise and other coaching extras that I have not explored yet. The peleton stuff is definitely interesting.

Great device for tracking health
Very happy with the Fitbit Inspire 3. Absolutely worth the price!! I love the size of the device, itâs not bulky and it fits comfortably. I use it to track health, fitness, and sleep. The battery lasts a long time. Love that it comes with 6 mo FitBit Premium membership app.

Works out.
It has been working well for a while now. It takes some getting used to for the interface. It is easy though for just keeping track of steps and syncing with my virgin pulse app.

A very useful device/app combo
I’ve had the Inspire 3 for three days now. I have not worn a watch for many years, but I have tried other fitness trackers. My observations:The band is quite comfortable, to the point that I almost forget that it’s there (until I bump into something…)The auto display feature is great! I turn my wrist as if I’m viewing a watch and it displays the time! If I’m out walking and want to check my step count, I no longer have to pull out my phone to check Google Fit.The Fitbit app makes it easier to track my blood glucose levels, which was not a feature I knew about when I bought this. The only thing that would make it better is if I had a BG meter with Bluetooth. The sleep tracking is okay, but I need more data to tell just how accurate/useful that feature is.Despite the ability to track pulse rate, it seems to be a bit inaccurate at times, registering a rather high rate when it is nowhere near that high. It also won’t allow me to detect AFib if I tell the app that I was diagnosed with it.Lots more features to talk about, but I will try to follow up in few weeks. I’m off to a good start with this device, quite happy with it so far.

Ease of use is quite difficult to comprehend as it took me a few days to sync the device with my phone
