I bought one of these because the attachment the gym provided was very “used” to say the least. This has been a fantastic product. It stays secure even with a decent amount of weight. The material is very comfortable and doesn’t chafe or irritate. On another plus note… it is pretty! I plan to buy another so I don’t have to change them out as I switch legs.

Sturdy, padded, well priced ankle strap for glute kickbacks. I ordered these because I like to do different variations of kickbacks on the cable machine and the attachments that the gym had wrap around your heel and foot also which makes it so you can only do straight back kickbacks. These were reasonably priced. They have thick padding through the entire ankle strap so you donât feel any discomfort. They are super easy to secure to your ankles. And the versatility of being able to adjust for kickback variations is fantastic.
