its pretty good bossman
I am trying to complete some sort of indoor gym, and seeing this seemed a fair quality bench with great range on sale, I rushed to get it. It’s satisfactory so far. It comes assembled, and the pins were a little confusing but after messing around with them for about 30 minutes I found a good place for them all to go. I’m about 5’4″, and the ankle bars barely work at the highest level, so I’d assume this is best for people who are 5′ 6″ and above, but you can make do if shorter. So far it has been cool in every way. It looks sharp and I don’t worry that I’m going to fall off due to something being unstable when using it but the seat itself its quite slender, and sometimes my knee will slip off the bench when doing suspended crunches which sort of halts the momentum of the exercise so I can get back on, but that’s nothing that I’m not too miffed about.As an end note, I’m pleased with this purchase. It’s a little tiny, but shows good performance/comfort and looks sharp all for a comfortable price. You should get it, too.

Bought this bench for my husband as we are starting our at home gym. We have had it for a few years and it’s still looking new. Easy to move but is solid. Love that you can adjust the back for different workouts. I would definitely recommend this bench!!

Sturdier than I expected, folds up small!
I needed something that would store compactly in my RV and this was the right size. It was about twice as heavy as I expected when it arrived. This is very sturdy, assembly was easy, and the paint is resistant to scratch damage. The upholstery looks really good, but I’m concerned about the longevity. Will update if it falls apart. Heads up: the lowest the back rest will go (in the bracket) is level. You can lay it all the way down (out of the bracket) and it’s about a 45-degree slope — so, good for inverted sit-ups.

Decent bench for cost, Somewhat unstable
2 year review, I find it easy to move and adjust. Fits needs for most average lifters. If you do planks or pushups on bench it is somewhat unstable side to side. Foot bar should be wider. Incline moves my head/neck is hanging off the top of the bench Making it hard to use bench in this position. Finish material has held up well.

Awesome bench for short people
I am 5 foot three and it was not sure how this bench would work from reading the other reviews. But I have had no issues. It has been a very good length for me. I also had read reviews that it was hard to adjust the seat and back. But I have not had any issues. It takes me about 10 seconds Or less to adjust both of them. The bench also had come pre-assembled, which was nice.

This exercise bench is made of very good material and is solid. The folding capability has enabled us to use it in our family room. Amazing price. For this cost, I was not expecting this level of quality. 2 family members are using this bench daily and nothing has gone wrong with the material. Anyone looking for a workout bench should buy this.Thank you for making a good quality product with a decent price.

Es muy cómodo y versátil, al poder plegarse es fácil de guardar, el único pero que encuentro es que es algo pequeño, mido 1.88 y el respaldo en posición inclinado me llega justo al cuello lo que lo hace incómodo

Got it for my wife but from what I’ve seen and tested it’s stable and easy to fold into different positions, compact for storage too. There’s 3 pins to lock it in place that could get lost as they aren’t secured with a wire or anything like that, but that’s really fixed if that’s an issue. Good chair

it feels very fragile, adjusting the seat position takes forever as you have to manually align it and it is very small in comparison to the old one I had before, on the plus side it looks the part.I will probably only use it to perform most basic exercise as i believe it will eventually breake otherwise and changing the positions of the seats takes to long during exercises

He probado varias cargas y en todas las posiciones el banco se siente muy seguro, lo cual es esencial para entrenar sin preocupaciones.3. Plegable y fácil de guardar:Otro gran punto a favor es lo fácil que es plegarlo. No ocupa mucho espacio cuando no lo uso, lo que es ideal si tienes un espacio limitado para entrenar. Se pliega rápidamente y puedo guardarlo en un rincón o debajo de la cama sin problema.4. Asiento y respaldo cómodos:El acolchado del asiento y el respaldo es bastante cómodo, incluso cuando hago entrenamientos largos.
