It’s much better quality than I thought it’d be.
It’s much better quality than I thought it’d be. It took me about two hours to put together as I moved slow to try and avoid messing up.The padding is better than I thought. The leg extensions/leg curls attachment is more stable than I thought it would be although, yes, if you’re taller, it’s kind of awkward to use. Those exercises are awkward even when you’re at a gym with top-of-the-line adjustment equipment. The preach curl platform is study and adjustable as well. It’s those two additional things they added that got me to buy this bench rather than just an incline adjustment bench. It’s well worth the money; I couldn’t find a comparably capable piece of equipment at an even higher price.

Easy to put together, use and sturdy construction
I put this thing together in about 15 minutes, it’s very simple to use, it seems to be very sturdy. Perfect for simple basic workouts.

Bad leg extension
This is definitly a good bench. It feels sturdy and the width is good for bench pressing. The downside is definitely the leg extension. It is small and I’m not sure who it’s designed to fit. I’m 6ft tall and not sure this would even work for someone the is 5ft tall. The reason it doesn’t work is because the bar used to do the leg extension movement is too close to the footing. My shoes hit the footing and get stuck when I’m done. The work around is to do leg extensions without shoes. The other issue on the leg extension is the 25lb plates hot my leg. I added 2 10lb plates to create more space and it works well that. A person shouldn’t have to make this many adjustments to use this feature. The preacher curl pad could be a 2 inches wider foe better comfort.

Do not buy this waste of money.
Very disappointed in this product. I have a different Flybird bench that I like and thought this would be a good addition. I bought this specifically for the preacher pad and leg extension. Leg extension is useless, Iâm only 5â8 tall but this is made for someone under 5â0â. The extension is so short and not adjustable at all. Complete waste because they market the preacher pad being extra wide but itâs tiny. It can be used for single arm but not both arms together. If I could send this back I would but taking it apart and trying to find a box to put it in just isnât worth my time. This will be put out with the garbage this week.

Solid product
Follow the video link for assembly and it is a Breeze!! Solid unit and very adjustable with relative ease. Would recommend. Donât let all the bolts scare you.. FOLLOW THE VIDEO!!

Bench is ok, being generous.Good luck with assembling it. The hardware package IS NOT LABELED, leaving you to figure which nut, bolt, and washer in the ridiculous instruction manual goes where ONLY by guessing or counting them against the supply list. They could have thrown all the hardware in a bag together and saved the plastic unmarked tray it came in.If you are not mechanically inclined or thE least bit hesitant about building anything, keep looking because you will want to burn this thing 5 minutes into assembling it.
