Great workout bench!
I’m not a hardcore weightlifter so I’m submitting this review as someone who will be using this bench for simple weight and ab exercises. However, it’s very sturdy and well-made enough for someone who would be lifting extremely heavy weights. There is absolutely no wobbling whatsoever in my bench. While adjusting the bench to the different positions might not be quick enough for some people, I personally find nothing wrong it. (*note: to adjust the positions, you need to unscrew and screw in the locking mechanism each time. It actually makes it feel more secure to me and aids in preventing any movement when lifting.) I also loved that it arrived 99% assembled and with extra hardware and tools so you can tighten any bolts, etc. whenever needed. I love everything about it….from the ease of use to the thickness of the padding. I’m glad I made this purchase!

Works like itâs supposed to
Wasnât expecting much for the price, but pleasantly surprised at how solid this feels. Granted, I weight about 150 and currently donât lift a ton, but this bench feels solid underneath me. No wobbles. Easy to adjust the seat and back. I only wish I could adjust the height of the bench itself-Iâm 5â3â, and I can barely tap my toes while laying flat on my back.

Cheap. Do not buy!
I haven’t had this more than 2 months and it quit latching and kept collapsing on me and today I was sitting on it in between my bent over row set and it collapsed.

Works perfectly!
Iâve been working at getting into some better shape and when I saw this I had to grab it.The was delivered soon after ordering and the item was received in good condition.Iâm a big guy, 6â5â, 225 and this bench works great for me. I donât have any issues with it being unstable or wobbling. Itâs a solid little bench that works great for me. I donât lift a ton of weight and this works perfectly. Itâs easy to adjust the seatback and get the angle you want. The padding on the back is nice and soft, plenty of comfort. The adjustments are nice and easy to make, just line up the holes and your good to go. Iâve put about 45 hours on it and itâs holding up well, no issues.Overall Iâm very happy with this bench and would recommend.

Good functionality, ok quality
I like how this bench has so many configurations. Itâs not a bad one stop shop if youâre short on space. Itâs also pretty stable and is mostly made out of metal so the frame is durable. I like how compact it is when folded and that it can do most everything you want. However, there are several factors that make it a less than stellar product. Itâs clunky, itâs awkward to fold, and the pin holder that supposedly locks it in place when folded is just absent on my bench. The cushions are also cheaply made. Those pics I took were after just one workout. The leatherette upholstery was already folded and distorted in many places. For reference, I weigh about 165 so itâs not an issue of the bench being overstressed. Iâm just not very impressed with the build quality, but for $80 (approx. price at time of review) itâs still a decent value.

sturdy … must fold in half for storage { it won’t stand straight up on it’s end in a flat position … the supporting frame will only go so far as a ‘v’ shape } … it is uncomfortable on the arms and awkward when trying to figure out where to place dumbbells on the floor right after doing a set of bench press … otherwise you kind of balance the dumbbells on your thighs before sitting up … not good for crunches { the floor is better due to the position of the legs … I’m not complaining about leg discomfort I’m referring to it’s the effect of the actual crunches … maybe good for people like myself who want to do military press or even bench press with not lots of space and their arms are strong enough to put the dumbbells on the floor after a set { it’s quite awkward to do so … it almost causes pain in the bicep when trying to do so … it’s just basically sort of awkward … it’s also awkward to place dumbbells on the thighs after a set while laying flat }. fairly useful for incline bench as well … sorry for the somewhat repetitive elaborate description I’m trying my best to describe it !p.s – the adjustment knobs snap into position with a spring except for the leg position thing but that thing is pretty much useless anyway because i also tried a reverse sit up { whatever it’s called for lower back exercise } and the leg thing is too uncomfortable for that for sure … deadlifts are better for lower back exercise … the leather smelled bad for a week but the smell completely disappeared after several days fyi !

Editing my review as the manufacturer reached out with a solution. Still unhappy with the product but the customer service is good enough.
