Trying to ease knee pain
I have only had this unit for two days and I have used it for 10 minutes each time twice a day morning and an evening, so far I noticed some relief for about two hours after using it. Hopefully the relief will continue to grow over time.

Etwa drei Wochen nach erfolgter Resektion des linken Innenmeniskus litt ich noch sehr unter den Nachwirkungen der OP. Das Knie war stark geschwollen, ich hatte dauernde Schmerzen, humpelte und konnte nur das rechte Bein zum Treppensteigen verwenden.In dieser Situation entschloss ich mich zum Erwerb dieses Kniemassagegerätes. Als es kurz nach der Bestellung ankam, probierte ich es direkt aus: Ich setzte alle Einstellungen auf “High”, Rotlicht auf “ein” und gönnte meinem Knie Mittags und Abends je eine Massage. Diese waren angenehm warm und von der Vibrationsintensität her so mild, dass ich kaum an eine Wirkung glaubte.Am Morgen danach war ich jedoch voll von den Socken: Die Schwellung meines Knies war gröÃtenteils abgeklungen und zurück blieben nur zwei kleinere Schwellungen um die OP Narben. Die Beweglichkeit hatte deutlich zu und die Schmerzen abgenommen. Ich war begeistert!Inzwischen benutze ich das Gerät seit zwei Wochen regelmässig. Ich kann wieder Treppen steigen, mache kleinere Spaziergänge und falls das Knie schmerzt, dann auf erträglichem Niveau.Natürlich ist es möglich, dass dieser Heilungserfolg auch ohne Kniemassagegerät eingetreten wäre. Gerade aufgrund des von mir beobachteten Effektes nach der ersten Anwendung habe ich aber den Eindruck, dass der Heilungserfolg durch dieses Gerät deutlich beschleunigt wurde. Ich gebe es jedenfalls nicht mehr her!
