   Issues charging
   The seller promptly messaged my last review and offered to send me a replacement free of charge. This was very kind, and I appreciated the good will towards their customers!— Edit—-This product worked great for a few months, but unfortunately it stopped charging. I can leave it to charge for hours, and it only turns on for 1 minute. Unfortunately I would not recommend.

   Nerve damage! Do not buy!!!!
   I was so excite to get this neck massager! I opened it up the night I got it and used it right away. Initially it didn’t feel good, but I wanted to let it do it’s thing for a few minutes. It hurt worse the longer I used it! It was a pinching squeezing feeling that gave me absolutely NO relief. It actually made me ache worse. That night as I was trying to lay down to sleep I developed a headache. For the past few days I have had migraine type headaches and intense shoulder and back pain and nerve pain that radiates a burning sensation from my shoulder blade across the front of my chest, up my shoulder and neck to my head, and down the underside of my left arm. There is nothing I could find in the description of this product that gives any warning against muscle or nerve damage. If I could do something to get this product removed from Amazon I would. Tomorrow, if symptoms haven’t subsided I will be seeing my doctor to get some clarity as to what’s causing my pain, and if they conclude it is from this product I will update my review…… Do not buy!!!!

   feels great, terrible charging
   original review 2 stars – i got this back in january. the first thing i noticed was that it felt great. unfortunately, the next thing i noticed was that it doesn’t charge very well. but i could charge it once a week and use it 4-5 sessions before it died. i don’t use it consistently, but im going through a tight spine period and trying to use it regularly. now im lucky if it works two times without recharging. it also sometimes makes a labored whirring sound (im a smallish woman). that said, it still feels great while it runs – i find it effective on neck, shoulders and back and like to use it while im driving.update to 4 stars- after posting review company offered to send a replacement unit. they did so promptly and courteously. it has arrived, charged and is now running. it also feels good :)seems identical to original unit. i have upgraded to 4 stars for effective product and good customer service. if this one holds a charge better it will be a 5 star product.

   Love this massager
   I love this massager. It fits me perfectly, feels good, and the heat is relaxing. The angle of the shoulder massagers is just right, especially when I use the hand straps to hold it more firmly in place. I love the cordless convenience of not having to be connected to an outlet.

   Needs to be adjustable for neck sizes
   The thing about this massager is that it is not adjustable. I have a wide neck. It squeezes with pretty hard pressure down to about three inches. It needs some way to adjust for neck size. It will basically be pinching, hard, and it will hurt. I figured out if I moved it to one side of my neck, I could position it so that it would massage that one side without the pinching. It worked well for that. But it will not work putting it on the back of your neck and shoulders because it pinches too hard. The other thing missing is bottom straps. The strap is designed to hold it in place in the position where it pinches too hard. Without a second set of straps on the bottom, positioning it anywhere else doesn’t work since it tries to flip over. When I was able to position it over areas where it didn’t pinch too hard, it did a better job than the one with the balls. It got under my scapula.

   Knots Be Gone!
   This KNQZE neck massager is amazing! It’s incredibly effective at working out knots and tension in my neck and shoulders. The heat function adds another level of relaxation, and I love that it’s cordless so I can use it anywhere. It’s a bit of an investment, but it’s worth every penny. Highly recommend!

   Stopped charging after 2 weeks of daily use
   It was working amazing for first 2 weeks and now it can’t hold a charge even after charging it for hours 🙁 I’m very sad because it was an amazing massage
