It’s a great massager
This particular product is a good massager, not a great relief for lower back pain, if you have lower back pain this particular product will not relieve it by itself, if you mainly need a good massage this is good good choice for your money, the weight is manageable to use and store, the size is just right to enjoy, the noise is extremely normal, the remote is accurate, everything performed as described, but keep in mind, this is a massager not a healer for pre assisting lower back problems, over all it’s a great massager after a good workout, or after a long day at work, I feel it’s a solid recommendation to anyone who’s in need of a good massage.

Great contraption!Please note you will need to adjust your anatomy accordingly to the mat for everyoneâs âpersonalâ comfort level.So, a petite person might need to slide âup intoâ the neck area while the backs of knees are off of the bolstering area for the knees.A taller person might need to adjust accordingly to keep anatomy aligned on each different station for the lumbar (low back), thoracic (mid back), & cervical (neck) vertebrae.The noise from the air bladders filling up or when the vibration setting is on does not take away from the quality of work that this massage mat puts out. The sounds just start to blend in as time progresses.It seems it might cause some pain or discomfort for someone if not aligned properly at the low back area close to where the kidneys are.Please keep this is mind while using.Again, proper alignment is important.Also, there is a low setting option.Please use this setting if any hyper sensitivity occurs while itâs working the lumbar, thoracic, or cervicals.I used this on two different settings, along with the heat for over an hour the first use.It offers 4 programs.The twist program was nice and relaxing. âºï¸I will most likely use it daily or every other day.Kids will love this mat as well! ðAll in all it is a good deal for relief and touch up work of the back/neck muscles.

Where has this been? I’m so glad I went with this one because the hip/leg & neck additions are amazing!I only wish there was a way to control individual segments separately (not just in groups) because the lower back stretcher is too much even on low right now. I don’t blame the mat, just decades of crappy sitting posture. Might try putting a cushion under the mat to lift from the tailbone down till I get more flexible?

This thing stretches and twists at three different intensity levels. My back cracked for the first time in a long time and I feel like I can move again. Itâs amazing. I love it. The vibration is optional but not overwhelming. I didnât try the heat yet. Highly recommend!!!!
