Portable and Durable – These lightweight and supportive foam blocks are constructed of a durable foam. They are light enough to carry to yoga classes or around the home yet strong enough for daily poses.

Decent quality for the price
This is the only yoga block I’ve ever used, but it’s pretty much what I expected, and works fine for what I wanted.Warning for pet owners: I’m glad I only paid $5 for this, since our cat absolutely loves chewing on it and the surface is now pretty shredded . I do my best to keep it away from her, but it’s been a losing battle.

This block works well for my yoga practice. It has a good bit of give under weight, so some people might prefer a harder block, but I like it a lot for balance and added resistance in some poses.
