Authentic espresso taste and great customer experience!
Bought this to replace my Breville espresso machine. It looks really cute and is in reasonable price range. Didnât keep my hopes high because the previous piece I had but I have to tell you the espresso is authentic and strong. And customer service is great too! Lost my cup filter in moving and contacted seller. They sent me the replacement. Although the one I got is not the right one for the model I have and will have to reach out to them again, but their willingness to help & prompt responses are very much appreciated!

We LOVE this product!! It does its job perfectly. Doesnât take too long to heat up, and make beautiful shots of espresso! Only things I donât necessarily like about this product, is that it takes forever to clean and the steam wand is a bit loud, even worse when you try to steam with syrups in the milk. Would definitely recommend getting yourself one!!

For the price it is quite good
For the price of the combo, it is actually quite good. Not as good as a $1000 machine but seriously better than I expected.Couple things I noticed, on the grinder the little plastic piece that holds the portafilter puts the portafilter about 1/4″ too far to the front and the grinds end up piling up over the back instead of falling into the center. I think this will be ‘modded’ by me with a utility knife – it looks easy enough to scrape away some of the plastic on the piece to allow it to slide back further. Grinder works well and consistently, and better with the time function to really dial it in. I typicslly use the same bean and grind so it was a set and forget 8 seconds – unless the power is unplugged then it defaults back to a much higher time – pay attention to the number before you hit grind.On the coffee machine, it vibrates enough that the included glass espresso cups (which were a nice surprise and I love them) are at risk of falling off the side of the machine. I might need to find a way to weight down the metal tray so it doesn’t vibrate so much. The machine is pretty light also and you need to hold on to the top to install or remove the portafilter or else the whole unit will turn along with it. It would be nice to have a little booster seat or fold down tray to hold smaller cups.Overall though, happy with the unit and would buy again. Seems like a great value for ‘beginner’ espresso people. I came from a DeLonghi machine that as 5x the money and for me this is ‘good enough’, so that’s a good recommendation for this little combo.Let’s see how long it lasts! I could give it 5 stars for value alone, short the little complaints above that are no big issues.

Great value and aesthetically pleasing
Value is off the charts! It is easy to use and fast and making my many shots of espresso. It is a bit noisy, but that is for a short stint of time. It is somewhat cumbersome to clean, but overall a wonderful addition to our home. It is also sooooo cute!

Responsive customer service
Great combo. Pleased with grinder and espresso machine. Draws a good espresso with quality crema. Unit looks good. The instruction booklet is clearly written but hyphenation is weird throughout , e.g. âbo-okâ. Shouldâve just not hyphenated anything :). Customer service was outstanding â answered quickly each time I reached out, and resolved my concern promptly.

Lasted less than 2 months
Lasted long enough for the return time frame to run out. Both the grinder and espresso machine broke within 2 days of each other. Now I’m $250 out, can’t replace and must buy a new one. Don’t buy this product, spend more for quality!

this is a great little machine! It comes with all the accessories you need. I don’t know why Some say it’s hard to clean because it isn’t. Great value for the price. I have been enjoying an espresso every day and have been playing around with Chino and latte

Working perfectly
I bought this is replace a cheaper one that I got that didnât do well. This is everything that I need. Good value. I paid particular attention to how much pressure each item had while I was shopping and I am glad that I did. The 20mb is the only way to go and this one worked much better than the one that I returned. Iâm going to get this exact thing for my sonâs birthday coming up soon.Follow Up:I like this so well that I bought another one as a gift to my son. He and his wife like it a lot. I think that the key feature to be aware of is the pressure being able to produce 20mb.
