Wanted a spherical shape for better fit and it is indeed a nice fit, light weight as well. Impressed with carful packaging by the seller, wrapped in rain proof plastic, and two reinforced corners where the original Giro box didn’t have.

Finally! A helmet that not only fits my big head, but looks sweet and has an awesome-looking design and very good safety technology and construction. Cost me a bit more than my last helmet, but my head out there do. Itâs so very light, has awesome ventilation, and the straps work very well too. Those are other important selling points for me.If you have a pretty big head and can afford the price, BUY this helmet. You wonât be disappointed⦠unless youâre not wearing it correctly. Then itâs YOUR problem, lol. On a serious note, you can always take your helmet to your local bike shop and ask them to help you fit and adjust your helmet. Donât settle for a cheap helmet! Shop around and spend money on the only head you have!! Replace your helmet every three (3) years, or after you have an accident, God forbid. It doesnât matter how minor the accident may have been. If you hit your head, replace the helmet.Please wear your bicycle helmets, people! Donât be a craniotomy statistic. I worked at a trauma center for many years and we had lots of patients who had to have their skulls opened up to access their brains â all because they wanted to âlook coolâ and not wear a helmet.ð¤¦ð»ââï¸

Comfort and safety with a sharp design
My size is either a medium or large, depending on the brand as I measure just under 59mm. This Giro Helios Spherical medium fit me very well and the adjustments to get the correct fit are perfect for comfort and safety.

Great fitting dome cover, great quality and comfort. Good ventilation throughout, have used several different brands of helmets, find Giro to be the best in comfort for me.

Fit Is Very Good
Like all Giro helmets I’ve tried on, this fits exceptionally well. Although I like the inclusion of the ball and socket MIPS, I do not have any interest in testing if it works better than the more “traditional” MIPS insert that is on older or less expensive helmets. What I do like about the ball and socket design is that it feels much more like you are tightening the EPP to your head instead of just tightening the liner which leads to a more secure feeling fit. Price is higher than I would want to spend, but better to invest in a helmet than almost any other piece of cycling equipment.

Habe Helm mit geöffnetem Verpackungssiegel erhalten. Zudem fehlen die Ersatzpolster, wie üblich bei Giro und der Helm ist ein Vorgängermodell mit weiÃen Streifen, die der Artikelbeschreibung und den Fotos nicht entsprechen. Weiterhin hat der Helm kleine Gebrauchspuren. Vielleicht auch ein Vorführer gewesen?
