   Save your noggin!
   I like that it the strap and head size are adjustable. I like that the color is white so its cooler. The most important fact is the MIPS technology! Less chance of a brain injury with a fall! The price was right too!

   Great helmet
   Bought for my wife when we got her a new bike. It is a very nice helmet and really comfortable to wear. She loves the color as well.

   Runs small
   I don’t have a huge head and this helmet runs small. Fits like the children’s helmet I bought for my 8 yr old.

   Light, comfortable and easy to adjust
   I bought this helmet because my old one didn’t really fit well and I wanted to protect my brain. I bought an ebike and noticed a lot of FB posts about people falling. Those bikes take some getting used to. This brand has a dial on the back so you can adjust it to fit your head. It also has a detachable visor which could be just a little longer. It doesn’t quite provide enough shade. It’s lightweight, comfy and easy to attach. I haven’t fallen so I can’t attest to how well it might actually work. Hopefully I will never find out.

   The Giro Vasona MIPS is a sophisticated MIPS helmet that protects you from brain injury as well as any otherhelmet on the market for a crazy low cost and its effectiveness is confirmed by Consumer Reports testing.The straps lay perfectly flat in an ingenious new design that makes it less likely that you will adjust thestraps improperly. It begs to wonder, why are there so many much more expensive helmets out there? The ventilation is first rate too and the weight is 296 grams so that is pretty light. The $300 Giro Aether helmet with no visor weighs 263 grams so big deal and yeh on a 100 degree day you may notice a little better ventilation. Yes the dual density foam may absorb impact a little better but MIPS is where the real safety is. So if money is no object, by all means splurge on the $300 Aether or the $260 Manifest that has a visor and uses the same spherical technology that ups the MIPS slip plane feature to the next level yet it will be still hard to prove this new and expensive technology really will reduce brain injury over the lower cost helmets by any statistically proven results.

   Definitely works!
   I had an accident about 2 years ago and this helmet saved my life. My left temporal lobe would have been smashed as the impact was so severe, instead, I ended up with a broken clavicle, 2 broken ribs, and a puncture lung. When I later had the courage to take a look at my helmet you can hardly notice that there was just a small dent. Safety first and foremost, ride safe!

   Giro Woman’s Recreational Biking Helmet
   So pleased with this woman’s Giro helmet! Although I have not used it biking as it is way too cold here, I have tried it on. It fits me well because the helmet has dials for adjustment. The helmet’s head width range is on the smaller side for a woman, and I could not be happier about that. I find the helmet light weight, very comfortable, and well-made, all features of true quality. If you are a petite woman, I would look at this helmet.
