(voltage reducer is NOT INCLUDED)
The LED light kits package included:2 LED headlights with amber turn signals( left and right );2 LED tail light(left and right ),1 horn, 1 control box, 1 turn signal switch, 1 steering wheel cover, 1 brake pad, a wiring harness, a cutting template, installation instructions, screws, and straps.

All you need , almost.
Was really happy to have a buddy with cart experience. Instructions were very vague when it came to hooking up break lights and power converter. My club car prescident was mostly already wired but had to intercept wires in existing wiring harness to connect power converter/ adapter (48V,36V to 12V converter)UPC 783044996194Worked out perfect for me !!!

Not very happy
The instructions aren’t very precise. We burnt control box, even though we followed the instructions to the teeth. Now we can’t use the turning signals or the brakes

Awesome tail light kit for our club car!
I have been wanting to change out the tail lights on our 2004 Club Car golf cart for a while, so I definitely snatched this up as soon as I saw it! If you are familiar with them wiring stuff this was super easy! My husband was easily able to get this set up and wired in in no time! It comes with all the parts that you will need, as well as a manual that you can use to help you install it. You can always take it to someone though who is more familiar if you are not comfortable with doing it yourself. All of the parts and pieces are very well made. They feel like they are made from a high quality material and seem very durable and sturdy. They have already been put to the test to see if they are waterproof and they definitely are! No leaks or chips in the tail lights whatsoever. I love that these will also make your cart street legal so now when we bring it on vacation to Destin Florida we will be able to take the back roads while driving to the beach from our Resort. Could not be happier with this and definitely think it’s worth every penny! Got to give it a 10 out of 10

Complete kit that gots everything you need
As my title says this is a complete kit that’s got everything you need to install it. The instructions were very helpful and overall made installing this kit fairly simple, but definitely helpful to be more on the handy side. Definitely DIY’er capable. The lights are plenty bright and have worked perfectly since installing them.

NOT quite OEM quality, but adequate and a GREAT price to performance ratio
Definitely not OEM quality, but definitely as nice as most aftermarket kit in this (or even higher) price ranges. The metal frame clips on the bumper/headlight will likely have to be slightly bent apart to get the assembly to slide on easily (no prob as they will tighten back up with the mounting bolts) and the included taillight screws should be thrown in the trash (go spend $1 on a pack of the same thing in stainless at the Hardware Store) ….

making the club car street legal
We go camping every year in myrtle beach and bring our golf cart with us. Until now we couldn’t legally bring the cart onto the secondary roads to get around town because it didn’t have the proper lights. This deluxe kit came with everything we needed to get the cart legal. Installation was not hard and we had the lights on in no time. I am giving the light kit a 5 star.
