Just a few minutes on it each day helps ease the tension in my back. Itâs like getting a deep-tissue massage. The acupressure points dig into those tight spots, and I feel so relaxed afterward. I love how compact and effective the Halo Spine Stretcher is! It doesn’t take up much space but delivers incredible back relief.

Back pain relief when I need it!
This is a very unique therapeutic device from others I’ve used in the past, but I’ve come to really enjoy the relief it offers.It’s constructed with a series of foam balls that align nicely along my spine. The balls move around enough to sort of land where they’re needed. While it doesn’t seem like it would provide much by the way of stretching, however, it’s *just* the right amount of decompression for my spine. I also find that I can change position just enough to work the balls into trigger points and provide some release.Overall, I’ve really come to enjoy using this daily to provide consistent relief from back pain.

Back Pain Relief
I’ve been trying this spine stretcher for a few days now and it’s been fantastic. I’m sitting constantly and have lower back tension/pain. I felt immediate relief after laying on this for just 5 minutes. My spine felt more open just like I came back from the chiropractor. This is a great, quick and easy way to relieve some tension in my spine and neck from the convenience of my home. I would definitely recommend this product to anybody.

Love it
This is the best back âgadgetâ Iâve ever tried. It fully relaxes the tight muscles between my shoulder blades and I use it every evening after getting sore from a long day typing at work

Relief!
I get deep knots under my shoulder blades that create tension from my skull to my tailbone. A few minutes of stretching with this product and I feel the tension release through my entire back. I can gently rock while stretching and feel those deep knots releasing. Nothing Iâve used does this so effectively. Finally the relief I need!

I received this item through Amazon’s Vine Program in exchange for an honest review. I’ve struggled with back pain for years, waking up so stiff that bending my spine without pain is nearly impossible. I tried this product, hoping it would help ease my morning stiffness and pain. Unfortunately, it didnât work for me. Instead, it just added discomfort and boredom to the mix.Lying on the spine stretcher is not pleasant. The balls are hard with little give, making it uncomfortable. While using it, I found myself getting bored just lying there. This might be because of my personalityâI have a hard time relaxing and letting go. I’m always eager to start my day, and Iâve never enjoyed massages because I spend the entire time thinking about what I should be doing instead. If you enjoy massages, your experience with this spine stretcher might be different.
