Appears exactly as shown. Fits well. I have 7″ wrists, so I went with Medium: 7.5″ (for larger wrists). I have very wide palms, so I am usually looking to make sure a bracelet can slid over my hand. This has some stretch, so it worked out just fine. It “hangs loose” just a little, but in a comfortable way. Sizing down would be too small, I think (6.5″)Love the subtle blue wave pattern.
