Itâs great!
I was surprised by how sturdy the materials are and by the well thought out contents. It makes it easy to write in my weights and reps, as well as warm-ups and cooldowns. It also has pages to track other goals of your choosing.Itâs strong enough to hold up to many, many gym sessions. Plus the pretty pink color makes me want to pick it up and head to the gym.It has an attached ribbon for a bookmark as well as a nice quality loop that can go around the whole thing (or part of it) so it doesnât flip open. . Itâs so well designed for itâs purpose.

Great way to track your workout.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this tracker. The price is awesome for all you get. It tracks exercise,reps , weight used. there is a peogress tracker and a daily tracker along with wonderful words of encouragement. I highly recommend it. I will be using it this year and see how it holds up to gym life.

Better than an app
Iâve tried all sorts of apps for tracking workouts and fitness progress. I find this book much easier to use and I enjoy inputting my sets into it. I can quickly look back at previous workouts without needing to navigate a UI. Excellent quality materials too, Iâm very pleased. Highly recommended!

Product is okay.
The content of the product is great, I love being able to track my workouts. However, when I received the product, roughly 90% of the pages were inserted upside down. I was able to fix because it is a spiral notebook, but it was a hassle nonetheless. Still would say itâs worth the money, but would love to see future quality control.

Beginner Work Out Journal
Never used a workout journal before, but this one is simple to read and figure out. Lots of space for work details, cool body tracker and goal setting section. There’s only 2 gym tracker pages, but in the end those can be subbed on a calendar. Overall good quality, hard cover and back. Not bulky and not small enough for me to lose ð
