This bench is very sturdy for my home gym. Only gave 4 stars because one of the end caps was missing when the item arrived and the included resistance bands, well their attachment area, interferes with foot placement. Both of these were minor issues that don’t really affect usage of the bench.

Also you can fold it so you dont need so much space which is most i love because my home gym room kind of small. The foam paddings are thick, high-density which is provides excellent support and cushioning during workouts. And multiple incline positions and seat adjustments make it suitable for a wide range of exercises, targeting different muscle groups effectively. All the necessary tools were included, so set up was easy. I highly recommend this bench for anyone seeking a reliable, adjustable,good quality , clean looking , affordable and comfortable workout home equipment.

Great to start your own home gym- nice quality
We’re slowly building a home gym and this was one absolutely necessary piece of equipment we still needed. I was concerned about the sturdiness of the weight bench, only because I also use a weight bench for steps, but this one feels just fine. I really like that you are able to adjust the incline of the bench to many different inclines to suit everyone’s individual needs or our different workout routines.. This was not one of the most expensive benches out there, but the quality is outstanding for the price. Assembly isn’t too challenging as long as you are paying close attending to the directions. I do recommended that you et the screws in place, but leave them loose and don’t tighten them right away, otherwise some pieces might be misaligned. After all the screws are in loosely, go back and tighten everything up. Assembly took me probably about an hour by myself. I would definitely recommend this to anybody wanting to add onto their home gym!

Very Good Adjustable Weight Bench at a Great Price!
I almost bought a bench on sale from Costco for $250+ tax, but searched Amazon. This was easily under $100, came right away and was easy to set up! It’s easily sturdy enough for me (6’2″ 185 lbs) and does the trick. I won’t be attaching the bands at this time, but the bench is a great adder as is to my Home Gym.

Good quality bench, bands not so much
This is a great package for the price and it folds and supports as directed. Its size is as stated when folded and it allows for you to easily put it away when needed. The bands included are cheaply made though so if you would like to use bands with it you can, but it may be a good idea to buy better quality bands.
