First, great quality, feel, glide and hold up – ness to every day use. For those w/ RSI / CT issue I would say Yes it’s a go & worth it the way it cradles. Just pay attention to the measurements as it does take the space it say, but again worth it. Also, it stays put which is a blessing.

Compfortable, but too soft for mouse
My wrist loves this thing. But my mouse – a current high-end model from the brand that begins with L – tracks very poorly across this surface. The mouse does not glide smoothly across due to how soft this mouse pad is. It is quite unfortunate.
