No harsh smell
The Yadool Home Ceramic Coating Spray Kit is the first time I have tried using any kind of ceramic coating kit, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. A separate sprayer that needs to be screwed on and a small pink microfiber cloth are included. The product information states that the results will last up to 12 months, so I recommend testing and experimenting with it first so you know what to expect. The directions say to wash the area ahead of time with an all-purpose cleaner. I sprayed it on a bathroom sink. The sprayer provides a wide even spray and there was no dripping.You spray, wipe it off, then are let cure 2 hours. The product is supposed to add shine and protect the area. I may not have used enough since I didn’t notice much of a difference and I was concerned about using too much since I donât have experience using this kind of product. Time will tell if it performs as its listing states.To further test the product, I made the mistake and inhaled the container too deeply because I initially didn’t detect a scent. The scent was fresh but too strong to be smelled with the container uncovered. Ended up getting a mild headache (which I rarely get any other time), so not recommending anyone inhale the product too deeply. When spraying it, I didn’t detect any scent either.

The ceramic cleaning kit comes with the spray cleaner and a cleaning towel. The protectant cleansing spray mists out smoothly and the product works great. The results were clean and shiny. The product adds a nice coating and keeps my ceramic looking beautiful.

Ceramic spray
I tried this spray on our stainless steel fridge and am not thrilled with the results. After cleaning the stainless first, I applied a light misting of the ceramic spray and then used the included microfiber cloth to wipe and buff. It left the stainless splotchy so I continued to buff it, which helped, but did not completely eliminate the splotches. I have not seen much difference as fingerprints are still showing up as much as they did before using this product. Iâll try it on glass in hopes for better results, but at this point, I canât recommend this product.

Going to try it on other things
I used this on my fridge, but it is already fingerprint resistant, so I didnât see anything special with using this product. Admittedly, I am hesitant to try it on other items because ceramic coatings are supposed to be pretty durable and I donât want to ruin anything. I am planning on seeing if it will work on my shower after I clean it since the products I use there to clean are pretty strong. Product sprayer sprays well (though a little different trigger) and the cloth seems to be decent quality as well.

Kind of similar to car wax or furniture polish
I tested it on a few surfaces including the kitchen sink. It seemed simple enough to apply and buff a little. The surfaced ended up pretty shiny and easier to clean. The feel of the surface is similar to a newly waxed car or furniture that’s been cleaned with furniture polish like Pledge.However, I’m not sure how long term the protection will be. The liquid itself wasn’t anything too thick. The protection in the sink already seems to have washed away a little due to the constant use of hot water and dish soap cycling through it regularly. It’s a bit on the pricey side so hopefully the protection lasts on other surfaces. Otherwise, it may just be expensive furniture polish.

Nice shine, but didn’t notice it lasting extra long
I liked the finish this put on my tile bathroom sink area, it did look really nice. But I’m not sure that it really kept the area looking clean for any longer than just my normal cleaners do. Maybe a little bit? I wasn’t doing any testing of this on one side and other cleaners on the other side or anything, but just in cleaning the whole area it didn’t feel like it really lasted any longer. It does look nice when you use it though.

Works well, butâ¦
I use the mainstream product on my stainless kitchen appliances. While these ceramic coatings are over-hyped in my opinion, they do make cleaning a lot easier.Since Iâve used a similar item, I figured that this item was worth a shot.Depending on how old and dirty your appliances are, I recommend washing with dish detergent and then prepping with rubbing alcohol before applying this.This product seems to work as well as my OG coating, although I canât comment on how long it will last.The spray pump is very flimsy as is the included application cloth.Since this is priced identically to the made in USA original, Iâll be sticking with that one.
