   Plum Drop Black Honey
   Plum drop is identical in color to Clinique’s Black Honey. It is better actually in ingredients, feel, and affordability. My lips are dark, so when I applied both Honest and Clinique versions they looked raisin brown, which I’m not into as I don’t want darker lips. I was hoping for a plum berry red though. You never know with tints how they will show up over your own unique lip coloration; it will be different on everyone. Thankfully I was able to return both products here on Amazon without a problem. This Honest Beauty product is still most definitely 5 star worthy! I’ve already ordered Blood Orange and Fruit Punch. Can’t wait to see how they’ll look on me 🙂

   BEST LIP PRODUCT EVER
   I got the plum shade. I’m a lip product fanatic and this was an all time favorite. The color is a beautiful sheer plum tint, very flattering. The shine was subtle, but still beautiful. They are very hydrating and have a slight brownie or cake scent to them which I enjoyed. The product isn’t sticky, but feels waxy/gel like. You can also build up the color too, but it will still be sheer.

   I really love this lip product for its color (I got the shade “Plum Drop”) and its application. It’s natural-looking and makes my lips shine and feel so smooth. Top photo is before, bottom photo is with just a few swipes on my bottom lip and then I rub it into my top to get an even color. Quality of the pic isn’t great but you can still see the difference!Reasons why I took off 1.5 stars: It doesn’t last very long, I have to reapply a several times throughout the day to achieve this pigment. Major reason why I wouldn’t buy this product again is for the ingredients. It contains Red, Blue, and Yellow dyes which are harmful/toxic and unnecessary. Sad because I would probably buy again otherwise. “Honest” beauty products containing harmful ingredients… not my favorite. If that doesn’t concern you, you’ll probably love this product!

   Nice and sheer
   This is a sheer lip balm and I’m glad I went with a darker option for fall/winter. I got three different kinds of clean/non-toxic lips to try out since I ran out of my regular lip products. This is by far my favorite as it nourishes, leaves a slight tint–that is buildable–, and I can rest in the knowledge I’m not licking poison off my lips, lol.(Bought the plum color)

   Tinted, sure..but smells expired
   The reviews of this made me feel confident in this purchase. I was/am looking for a good every day, throw on even when in the car and need to throw on some hydration and don’t want to look so washed out. This product does give me a hint of color like I wanted but I can’t get past how it’s not hydrating and instead is rather dry like an old-school lipstick and smells like expired lipstick. Not sure if I got a bad one but definitely won’t be a repurchase or even using til the end.

   Great product, reasonable price
   The starfruit one is absolutely perfect for my lips and skin. It leaves my lips moisturized and I find the price to be amazing for nowadays.

    I have very very sensitive lips to most of lip products and i keep looking for an affordable ‘non-toxic’ colored lip balm for daily use. 99.9% drugstore lip balms dispointed me. For example NYX butter gloss gave me tiny red bumps. Burts Bee burned my lips… So I have to get back to Dior lip glow which seems to be gentle, although its super expensive. When my husband saw me ordering another 11$ lip balm, he questioned me why I keep wasting money on cheap lip products that are highly potential to harm my lips. But it turns out this lip balm is very gentle, my sensitive lips approved. I feel like im wearing another 50$ Dior lip glow. Its soft, lightweight and smooth to apply, it even doesnt have a scent compared to Dior one. I reapply several times after I eat and at the end of day, my lips aren’t dried out. Girls please dont expect a 11$ lip balm does wonder to your lips just by one apply, it’s ridiculous. Im so happy that I found this product and Im gonna order more colors. Thank you Honest beauty, you just save my pocket!
