this one is better than the last one
this shifter has a smaller profile than the one I had on my trike, I also cut the mounting lug off and moved if forward on the frame, to give more contact, chain to sproket, itis also a litthe stiffer than the last one that kept bending on me. also haven’t had any chain skipping, have over half the sproket seating with the chain. so far have almost a hundred miles peddled, and no issues. this shifter also shifts smother than the last piece of “junk” that I bought to replace the factory shifter,, which broke after 900 miles.headed for 3000 miles by the end of the year, at 73 years I need my exercise, 500 miles to go th reach my goal for the year, started riding the trike after my heart problem, been riding since april 2023.

The item came in timely fashion and was exactly what was advertised.
I needed to replace broken original rear derailleur on teenagerâs primary mode of transportation – this product was better and it arrived quickly- so I could get kid back on her way.

Accurate shifting
Bought this as an upgrade con the Tourney derailleur that came factory on my hybrid bike. Relatively easy to install an fairly simple to set up. Once I got it dialed in, it shifted click for click without a problem. Definitely a step up from the old derailleur.

pour réparer mon dérailleur tourney qui a mon avis est moin bon que l’altus mais j’ai du acheter une extension a cause j’avais stripper mes fillais dans le frame mais apres tout, tout est ok.

El producto es de muy mala calidad a los primeros cambios que se realizaron después de haberlo montado el desviador se rompió ,su material con el que está fabricado es totalmente plástico ,NADA RECOMENDABLE si lo que necesitan es algo resistente para la Montaña

Unfortunately, I am just past the return window and can’t request a replacement or a refund. Plastic parts didn’t hold up and my son had to sit out at bike camp as a result.
