The best part of this product is that it looks and feels like real underwear. My father has dementia and recently started having incontinence issues. This was the only underwear that he would accept. They are not perfect in protecting leaks but they help a good deal and are much better than nothing other than ordinary underwear.

The pad in front is alot narrower than the pairs I purchased earlier. dissapointing that they will just set in a corner, as they will not do what I need.

I bought these for my husband and he loves them. He had tried pads but did not like them and refused to wear them. While searching for another solution, I found these incontinence underwear and decided to try them. What a blessing. It has saved me time, effort, energy, and cleaning bills. Thigh cut to high not a brief cut which allows leaking
Purchased for elderly father. Product great for first few hand washes even purchased more right away total of 6 pair. BUT I didn’t realize how high thigh cut was till after after several hand washings and stretching started then leaking started around front thigh cut. Product pictures showed brief cut on most photos but if you look at true pictures when pour was shown you can see how truly HIGH thigh cut.

Iâm absolutely recommending this product if your man has a leak problem this is your answer my hubby refused to wear pads or anything and would be embarrassed to have leakage so I found this product and canât tell you how great they are no more standing in from of blow dryer in bath rooms when we go out for dinner no more I have to go home expensive well worth money !!!!
