Comfortable and true to size
These are comfortable and unassuming boxers that are much more absorptive than my other pairs. Itâs nice to have an added level of confidence I wont have a spot appearing on my pants. They look good and fee true to size to me.

A decent pair of incontinence undies for men, but they do run slightly small â¦
There are many different kinds of incontinence options for women, but not many for men. Iâve seen several different styles of womenâs underwear, but this is only the third I’ve seen for gentlemen. Mind you, these are for mild incontinence, not heavy wetting. If thatâs the case, you should probably check out the diaper-like line. That being said, we do like this style. The elasticized waistband is a little more than 1-1/2â wide, ensuring the underwear will stay put. Thereâs padding where itâs needed the most, which will help when going outside the home. My husband really, really liked this style, but felt it was a bit small. The sizing is better than some, but Iâd suggest if youâre bordering sizes, definitely size or up.

Disappointed Dudes: (Tried the Large, Went Home Sad)
Let’s talk about leaks, guys. Uncomfortable leaks. As someone who deals with occasional bladder leakage, I was looking for a discreet and reusable solution. These Washable Incontinence Underwear seemed like a good option, so I decided to give them a try. Big mistake.Sizing Struggle: Large Wasn’t Large Enough:Normally, I wear a medium-sized shirt and underwear. Reading the reviews, it seemed like these run a bit small, so I opted for a large. Let me tell you, even the large size felt way too snug. There’s no way I could wear these comfortably for extended periods, and forget about wearing them under regular clothes.Cost vs. Comfort: Drip Pads Win This Round:While the idea of reusable underwear is appealing to save money in the long run, comfort is king. These were just too uncomfortable to wear. Sticking with disposable drip pads might not be the most eco-friendly option, but at least I can avoid the constant wedgie feeling and Anaconda grip around my thighs.Looking for Leak-Free Luxury (That Doesn’t Feel Like Torture):Maybe there’s a perfect pair of reusable incontinence underwear out there, but these just aren’t it. If you’re looking for a discreet and comfortable solution, keep searching. These might work for someone who needs minimal absorbency and doesn’t mind a tight fit, but for the average guy with leaks, they’re a disappointment. Here’s who might like this product:Men who experience very slight leaks and prioritize a snug fit (be sure to size up significantly!).Here’s who should probably skip it:Men who experience moderate to heavy leaks.Anyone who values comfort over a reusable solution.People who are new to incontinence underwear and are unsure about sizing.Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThe idea of saving money with reusable incontinence underwear is appealing, but these just weren’t comfortable. Sizing runs small, and the overall fit is snug. Look elsewhere for leak-free comfort.

Reusable and Leak Proof Incontinence Boxer Briefs for Men
There are two nice pieces of incontinence underwear in the package. They are very well made with soft cotton that are very comfortable. The wast belt is also wide and cozy. It is very interesting that the front of the pants are bulged out and roomy. There is a pad made with viscose and polyester that is absorbent and will help keeping the skin dry in the mean time. The capacity of the pad is 80ml. That is a lot for league. It is easy to wash, particularly with the included mesh.

Comfortable & Work As Needed
These are pretty comfortable actually. Not much different than other boxer briefs. They fit well, and don’t bunch up. Most importantly, they serve their roll and hold liquid very well. Easily washed for more many uses.
