They work like a charm!
The hubs, after a variety of illnesses, found himself getting the pee dribbles at night, while sleeping. He was using depends, while very effective, a little costly.I found these, he tried them and he absolutely loves them. They work every bit as advertised. And to be able to wash and reuse, is a god send!

Comfortable, absorbent and washable
I bought this incontinence underwear as a joke at first because my husband always has to go to the bathroom a million times when we are on the road. But, when I opened the package, they looked so nice and well designed that I tried them myself. The black underwear is so soft and comfortable to the skin, which is nice. They are shaped like boy shorts, and there is a built-in thick pad. It covers the front and the back. It is very protective and comfortable. It felt a little bulky at first, but I got used to it quickly. I have to wear a pad all the time due to my leaks, and it gets expensive buying pads every day. I did leak in the underwear, and it didn’t stink or feel wet at all. When you are done, you throw them in the wash. I did and accidentally threw them in the dryer. I got them out after about 12 minutes and they were not damaged at all. I was glad, and in the future, I will air dry them. It was nice not to have to worry about changing my pad or embarrassingly having to throw it away in my friend’s small bathroom trash. I am very pleased with both pairs, and I will use them for traveling and when I need hefty protection for long periods of time, like a social event. Comfortable, can hold a lot of urine, will catch the rear end too, built to last, less expensive than buying pads, and overall, a great purchase!

Uncomfortable to wear but still better than adult diapers.
2 pairs of underwear came in the package. Made of 70% modal, 25% nylon and 5% spandex. There is a padded area that stretches from the front of the crotch to the back. Relatively soft overall but not too comfortable to wear. Just feels like a piece of cardboard wedged between your thighs. But it beats wearing adult incontinence diapers because this is much softer like cotton underwear. Washable and can be worn again.Well, if you need something like this then this isn’t too bad. And more comfortable than adult diapers.

Comfortable
They fit very comfortably, you would not know that they are for incontenence ,thereâs no bulky hang in the rear. They fit like a normal pair of underwear.

Lacking in quality control with stitching. They need seams
My husband likes them. I think they are almost perfect, but I canât understand why no reviewers have mentioned one serious problem for the wife doing the laundry. The seams securing the white pad are inconsistent from order to order. We have ordered four times now and none of the white pads are secured the same way. The first set had seams at the edges and two separate sets of seams holding the pad down in the center and on the ends. Order two started the problem with no seams holding the pad in place. Third and fourth sets had only ends held securely. The rest of the pad twisted and balled up in the laundry and all my shaking can NOT get the pad flat. Iâve searched theCAREER site but can not find any boxers that have the pad held flat. No other brands either. Iâll continue to buy this brand but will not use new ones until I sew some seams to hold the pad flat. Something is seriously wrong with their quality control!
