very comfortable…extra room
these incontinence briefs are very comfortable…you can hardly notice the padding because they have so much extra room built into the front of them..they are good protection from slight leakage or that last bit that waits for you to pull your pants up to release..if you know you know…they are makde of nice soft material…the only thing i don’t like is the word incontinence on the actual waistband….i don’t know why its there because I’m sure anyone who wears them doesn’t want to advertise incontinence …other than that they are a great product.

Somewhat Useful
These seem to be good for a couple three hours. In my case I have more leakage than normal, at night I still have to change them at least once.

Good Quality
I’ve been using this and two other brands of incontinence underwear since prostate surgery, these are good quality and make you feel normal again after using diapers. I use with a light pa for golf, biking and workouts. Heavier pads for longer everyday use. Very comfortable.

PNW Reviews –
Seems to be good quality, but…
Although this is a review of a free product, I give you my word that my reviews will always be unbiased and truthful. The Pros: They are well made, with nice, smooth material. They look like regular, short, boxer briefs. The stitching is well done, and the modal fabric is very silky smooth. There are no seams in the underwear itself, and they are stretchy. Obviously because of the pad, there is no fly. Sizes seem to be spot on. I normally wear a one to two X, and the XL fit pretty well (see cons). There is a white laundry bag included so you can just toss them into the washing machine. The tag says that they can be tumble dried or line dried. The Cons: I would say that the ideal underwear of this type should start off with a good fitting pair of underwear that protection is added to. That is no the case here. They fit okay, though they ride down in back constantly. If you don’t mind Plumbers butt, then you are golden. The other problem that these, and other incontinence underwear I’ve seen is that the designers seem to have not ever actually seen male anatomy before. We are not built the same as the ladies down there. Give the boys some room, and stop making undies that are completely flat. NEWS FLASH: having the boys smashed flat like a pancake all day is not comfortable at all. Give us a pouch with absorbency, and you’ll have the market. Which brings me to my next point, make the absorbent pad with a guys anatomy in mind as well, don’t just sew a giant rectangular flat Maxi_Pad into a pair of ill fitting boxer briefs and expect us to be grateful. The pad on these goes from right about your belt line, and goes all the way under and ends just past your back door. It feels like a dish towel folded up and stuck in your undies, especially in the taint area. It’s one giant 5 inch wide rectangle the whole way. Seems like a lot of absorbent padding for only holding 4 oz. They would be fine for pre and post dribbles (what I need them for. I travel a lot and the cost is an often swollen prostate), more than just “letting her rip” into them.If you can get past the rear riding down, then these are not bad at all. I’ll use them when I travel as that is when I need them most. Look for me in you local airport…I’ll be the one who keeps reaching back and hiking my undies back up.UPDATE: The things I do for reviews…Okay, I figured that I couldn’t let this one go until I “let one go” for science. I stood in the shower with these on to see just how well they worked. I started urinating, and was surprised at how much they were able to absorb before they started to leak out the leg openings. Seems like the 4oz they claim may even be on the low “playing it safe” side. It only leaked out of the leg openings, and never did come through the outside of the padded area.
