You have a chance to make it to restroom when wearing these because leaks stay trapped and do not go through to outer clothing.

Great protection from leaks
These underwear can hold a large amount of fluid, making them great for anyone with heavy periods or incontinence.I am a size 12 in pants, so I chose the XL size, and they fit well. These underwear look like they are very high waisted, but after putting them on, they hit right below my belly button.I love that the absorbent area is so large in these underwear. It goes all the way to the top of the backside, meaning even if I am sleeping flat on my back, I don’t have to worry about leakage.Before washing these underwear for the first time, I tested them by pouring several ounces of water in them. The water was absorbed instantly, and nothing leaked through to the other side.These underwear can be hand washed, but also wash well in the washer. They even come with a mesh zipper bag to protect them while machine washing. I wash them in cold water on the gentle cycle, and then allow them to air dry on my drying rack.

Other uses!

Natural Looking And Comfortable!
These Women Incontinence Underwear are great. It truly looks like any other underwear but offers the security from embarrassment that we sometimes need. They are super comfortable and easy to launder using the hand wash cycle in the machine. They appear to be nicely made and even after being laundered look like new.

Perfect solution!!!
I ordered these for my daughter, after realizing these would work for period underwear as well, with a significant price difference than other brands. They fit her perfectly, and work surprisingly well. They are easy to clean and very comfortable!! They are extremely absorbent!!

So Far So Good
Between four kids and being on my feet a lot…I sometimes ‘tinkle’ when I sneeze, or cough, or laugh. As I have gotten older, my bladder isn’t as strong as it used to be so simply bending at the waist if it is a little full with cause a ‘tinkle’, and when you body tells you it needs to go, there is no telling it to hold on. That happened to me on a recent trip while I was in the middle of pumping gas! My only saving grace was that I had on floral leggings that hid my small accident.My sister recommend poise pads, but I have no interest in being back in the saddle again or having the expense of daily pads so I thought I would give these a try. They are comfortable to wear, don’t feel bulky at all.I tested the absorbency and they held a half cup of water just fine. They would probably hold more, but I’m not incontinent so didn’t need to test further. I will say that I could have used these while going through menopause to cover the times when I have a heavy menstrual flow and how the river would flow when I first got up in the morning.
