   bad quality
   I use ageless for years and when I saw this in serum form I was intrigued. When I finally tried this, it left an embarrassing white film when it dried. I knew to put moisturizer first before using it to prevent this but this product still left a white film. This cant be used in public. its a shame cause ageless is a good brand, just not this product.

   Design issue
   I’ve used the Instantly Ageless under eye gel, in the individual vials, for years. I thought this time I’d use this dispenser style & I was very disappointed that the dispenser pump broke within a month of use. I’m still using the product but have to shake it out of the bottle like lotion.

   Works good, but …
   My usual eye cream has not been available. Totally bummed. I’ve spent the better part of the last three weeks purchasing various instant eye tightening creams, most which don’t work. This one does, but there’s a couple of issues.Make sure you buy a makeup finishing spray that has a dewey finish so that the flat matte of the eye cream is bolstered by the finishing spray. Will make it look more natural. And, I had the same issue with the pump not working. Was pushing down firmly, and didn’t notice that all of the product was squishing out the side. Design flaw because what’s happening is the product is getting dry inside the nozzle, blocking it, and the pressure in pumping it forces the product out where it shouldn’t be going. I used a needle to worm around inside the nozzle, ran hot water over it as well, reused the needle, and it works now, but that’s a pain to have to do daily.

   Pump stopped working
   The pump stopped working shortly after purchase. Without this pump you would have to open the bottle each use and the cream dries up pretty quickly.
