Missing Mandrel
This product is essentially the same as the one sold by a popular jewelry tool maker but costs about $200 less.The mandrels are stainless steel and the hand tools are machined aluminum. You have to supply your own mounting screws if you want to attach to a bench.I’m happy with the purchase because of the price but was disappointed to find that one of the mandrels was missing.The packing was terrible. The plastic baggie containing the mandrels was open and all of the mandrels were loose in the box. The product box was open inside the Amazon box. All of the parts were loose.Inspire of the packaging problems and the missing mandrel, it was still a great bargain compared to the other companies price.

My package arrived on time if not a day early. However I havenât actually used one of these before and my bad I thought it would have some sort instructions. So if you donât know everything youâll have to you tube it or something. With that being said the quality seems pretty good but I got two extra post/rods whatever you want to call them but it was missing the 6 mm size. I messaged the seller and they said they would try to help me . I havenât heard back since the first time.If you are just starting out and or relearning just no you will need to mount it. I would still buy again if neededUpdate: I still never heard back from the seller after the first response saying they would try to help, however I havenât heard from them since and I still donât have the missing size 6mm .

Works good, but doesnât fit all the stuff
It works, but it can be hard to use because all the metal parts slip out easily. Some of the parts donât fit well into the holes theyâre in.

en la informacion del producto dice que el material del cual es echo es acero inoxidable esta informacion es falsa todo es echo en aluminio eso no se debe hacer deberian ser mas honestos

The blade arbor bent as soon as we spun the tool up in our rotary tool. Thankfully the hand guard did its job.The mandrels and coil winder work extremely well its just that to replace the arbor and blade from a reputable company its costing us close to 90% of what this entire kit cost. Amazon customer support hung up on us and still haven’t returned out call and this company seem doesn’t exist outside of an Amazon store.
