These are a cool workout addition!
I got these because I work offshore and stay on ships for weeks at a time. They are compact and travel well. I can use them without the rope in compact spaces and still get my cardio in. The counter works well and the weight is well balanced and feels like a regular rope after a little bit of use. It was weird that you could get out of rhythm and not get tripped up at first but I think these have improved my coordination after a bit of use, because they feel very natural now. Very good price for a very versatile tool!

Two ways to use
This is convenient in the fact that you can either attach the full length rope or you can use the weighted ones. I thought these would be a touch heavier so that disappointed me a little. I do workouts in my living room following on the TV and some of the workouts incorporate a jump rope. It was nice to have this as an option since i canât use a full length rope in my living room. Itâs nice that it has a counter it not sure how accurate that is. I think in the end, i had a hard time using this since sometimes, the weighted ropes werenât moving at the same pace so it was throwing me off. I donât do a ton of cardio but when i do i canât just do things in one place. I need to be moving to take my mind off the intensity of the workout. This isnât my favorite option but it did work and I like that you have both options.take my opinion with a grain of salt, i donât do extensive workouts and i try to do cardio as little as possible.

Fun and easy to use
This jump rope system is a great addition to my at-home workout routine. I don’t have a lot of extra time during the day, and this is easy to take out and use while getting a good workout. I have only used it with the weighted balls so far, but it also comes with a full cable like a normal jump rope. One of my favorite parts is that it comes with a drawstring bag that holds everything together which is great for storing it. I didn’t realize when I ordered it that it also uses an app, so that was a cool surprise. The whole thing was pretty easy to use from the start, although I’m not sure how accurate the calorie counter or jump counter really is. Either way, I like using it and feel like I’m getting some good cardio in.

Works great. Perfect for travel
We take long trips in our RV and one of our most common angst points is the lack of exercise that we get on the road. Sure there are walks on days that the weather cooperate but when you are used to a regular visit to the gym it can be a difficult adjustment. We have found ways to get in a bit of exercise by packing exercise bands in our small RV space. I am adding this tangle free jump rope to our exercise equipment.We are older and I think the best thing about this jump rope is you can “jump rope” without needing to jump over anything. Tripping is a concern because as we age our co-ordination is impacted and the risk of falling greater. The consequences and injuries are a real thing from tripping and this rope eliminates that danger. I only need to skip in place while twirling the small attached balls around. Make certain they are securely attached or one will go flying.The counter tracker is accurate and the small watch batteries (which are included and installed) allow the rope to turn on right out the box.

Unique jump rope
The jump rope was easy to use and easy to set up on the app. Tit comes with a pouch to store so itâs nice to keep all components in one place. It functions as a regular jump rope and the count feature is pretty accurate but not always 100 percent but I think itâs a feature thatâs not needed too much unless you workout based on time working rather than reps. I usually workout on reps so I still have to count.

I Love This Rope and Setup

Brilliant concept
I wasn’t sure what to expect with these, I am quite pleased. The hand holds are comfortable and in tight spaces where a jump rope could go astray having the weights still allowing you to exercise is wonderful. It makes for easy exercise while listening to the zoom meeting or taking a break in the cubicle. When you have the room the rope is easily adjustable and a great quality. The rope is thick enough to be sturdy and the instructions while leaving a little to be desired are helpful enough to get you started.
