   A must-have!
   This is my third time ordering this product. I have purchased cleansing balms that were much more expensive and this product works just as well if not better! It removes my makeup including mascara with very little effort. It is lovely especially when mixed with a little water, when it turns into a creamy cleanser. You don’t have to use a lot to get your skin clean, and it leaves the skin moisturized but not greasy. Another thing I love is light scent of orange. This product is a must-have!

   Been great so far for my sensitive skin
   I have rosacea flared skin and am prone to dryness. This did a great job not increasing any redness, went on easy enough, and didn’t feel too thick either. Worked well following up with my Vanicream cleanser too. Left my face feeling soft, not dehydrated and the smell was wonderful. (can’t go wrong with that citrus smell!) I think my only complaint would be it does take a little more umph to completely wash off everything at the end of the day.

   Excellent make-up remover
   I’m on my 6th jar of this cleansing balm; I’ve been using it as a the first step in a nighttime routine to remove make-up before washing my face. It works extremely well at clearing foundation, blush, etc off the skin, causes no irritation, only a small amount is needed to be effective, has a lovely light scent, and is well priced. Highly recommend.

   Easy to use 🙂
   I have now bought this cleansing balm twice! I have sensitive skin and this balm is very easy on the skin. This only reason I did not give this 5 stars is because I do have to wash my face twice which isn’t the best but it really gets the makeup off, and its also a good price and lasts for a long time. Would recommend, and will repurchase again for sure.

   Removed makeup & leaves skin fresh
   Second time purchasing this. I was using a more expensive balm that worked really well at removing sunscreen & makeup but left my face feeling over-moisturized/oily. This balm removes makeup and didn’t dry out my face or leave it feeling oily. No irritation & I have crazy reactive skin, I can use this to remove eye makeup without any stinging. I like the light citrus scent. This is more than half of what I was paying for the other balm and there is lots more in this jar too. Win win!

   Feels so good and works well!
   So yeah this stuff is amazing. It instantly just lifts makeup but moisturizes all at the same time. I’m 55 and a lot of cleansers take the oils right out of my skin, this takes off the makeup but turns into a creamy balm, doesn’t irritate my eyes, no smell, and not overly thick. I love it.

   Works great
   This is my first time using a cleansing balm so I don’t have anything to compare it to BUT it worked great for me, it took off my waterproof mascara very easy and it was so easy to wash off with water, left my skin soft and I actually enjoy the citrus smell it’s not strong at all but I’m a citrus lover, I’m hooked on this stuff now.

   The first thing I want to commend about this product is the excellent customer service: I received email notes of thanks upon purchase and delivery. It is a very nice gesture, in this age of non-human interface purchasingThe cleansing balm itself is beautiful: it has a really calming citrusy/vanilla smell that just feels refreshing and comforting at the end of the day. And it glides on easily on the face. The spatula was very useful in getting just the right amount of product.I have been using Elemis cleansing balm for quite awhile. This is a refreshing switch up that works well cleaning the face

    Reaction: Made my skin breakout in sudden acne and strange dry discolored patches as well.As soon as I switched back to my previous cleansing balm my skin felt better.Aroma: The smell is citrusy orange, not bad.Texture: Not the best texture i excpected a more rich creamy balm . It’s much of a lighter vaseline consistency.
