   Durable Long Lasting Comfortable!!!
   I bought a pair in the bison color way. Was simply looking for a shoe that could do everything. If I need to run for whatever reason. Be out in the rain. Drive my semi truck. Go get groceries. Whatever. These were exactly what I needed. I loved them so much I bought a second pair in the black color way. These are perfect. They even have speed hooks so you only need to tie them once. If you do not know how to properly use speed hooks. I highly suggest looking it up. It’ll change your life. 🙂 yes they are a little pricy. But for what you get. It’s a very good value. These are great for whatever you need to do. I bought the all black pair because they seem like they’d be great for being tactical boots also as I am a firearms geek. AKA (Grey Man). I will come back to update this review after they’ve seen some wear and tear. The Targhee 3s lasted some people 15 years of daily use. With these being the newer more durable version. I think they’ll hold up to a ton of abuse. Keep your eyes peeled for the update as I will be wearing these shoes every single day.

   Comfortable!
   Keen Targhee boots fit great- my foot is shaped like the end of a 2 x 4 – it’s square-shaped. Wide. I got Regular size 12 and the toe box is like none other! It’s a wide toe box so my toes won’t be crushed and grow all pinched together and cause pain! I think feet should spread out with your body weight and provide wide stability and Keens provide that! Similar fit to Crock’s if you’ve ever worn those comfortable slippers. Also, these are waterproof. I’m actually not too excited about the height -it’s just above my ankle. Just takes getting used to. Keens would be better if they raised the height to 8” or 10”. But overall these are comfortable and good quality. Oh, another note: there’s really no raised heel- pretty flat soles. Maybe with an inch tall heel they sell even more.

   No Keen packaging
   The shoes high (top style) fit great just like all the Targuee 4 shorter ones. Surprised and disappointed they did not come in any shoe box much less a Keen shoe box. No Keen packaging, stuffed packaging inside toe box, nothing. Just in a USPS box to small to even tape closed and stuffed into a bag. Very strange.

   Comfy out of the box, roomy toe box.
   I got these for warm weather actual hiking as I finally wore out my old Merrells. These run a bit bigger than the Targhee 3, which I bought and returned because the toe box was cramped. I like to wear heavyweight wool socks when hiking and my normal size is perfect for that in these. If I were wearing thinner socks, I would have gone a half size down in these. But for hiking, I don’t want my toes bumping up against the end of the toe box and these fit the bill.I have no experienced any slipperiness with these as some people have, so maybe Keen improved their mold release process.*Update* have worn these around to break them in a little and have hiked miles in these as well now. Fit well, good grip, very pleased.

   Good looking and comfortable boot. Look to be built well. Hope they hold up like my first pair did 30 years ago. Heading to the AT for their first test.

   Duplicate Order
   These are probably the best boots I have ever owned! I accidently duplicated the order – I am NOT returning them because anything is wrong with them. They are well worth the price. If I could have afforded it, I would have kept them both!

    Passt perfekt und bietet ein sehr gutes Laufgefühl. Beim Kauf ist es enorm wichtig, auf die Größentabelle zu achten, die bei Keen je nach Modell unterschiedlich ist. Ich habe schon über viele Jahre immer wieder Schuhe und Sandalen von Keen gekauft und bin stets sehr zufrieden gewesen: bequem und haltbar, sehr gute Qualität.

    Keen-Schuhe zu tragen ist eine angenehme Sache,was an diesen Schuhen zu bemängeln ist, sind die Schnürsenkel!Schnürsenkel sind so glatt, dass nach wenigen Meter laufen, sie sich ständig öffnen.Andere Modelle von Keen-Schuhe habe solche glatte Schnürsenkel nicht und sind besser.
