In My Honest Opinion –
Great for Dancers
This door anchor stretching strap is a fantastic tool for improving flexibility. The anchor is extremely sturdy and doesn’t budge. The straps are long enough for tall adults and even suitable for young children.Installation was a breeze on my bedroom door. The heavy metal construction of the anchor and loop, combined with the well-stitched strap, ensure durability and smooth operation. My 10-year-old set it up easily and uses it for dance stretching. It would have been helpful if it came with a diagram of stretches but a quick google search will give you some great ideas. Overall, this is a well-made and highly effective tool for anyone looking to enhance their flexibility.

Effective Flexibility Trainer with Minor Setup Hassles
This stretching strap with door anchor is a fantastic tool for improving flexibility. It’s great for ballet, dance, yoga, taekwondo, and gymnastics. The strap is sturdy, with well-constructed loops that make adjusting the tension easy. Itâs helped me achieve deeper stretches, especially for splits and leg extensions. The door anchor allows you to set it up in any door frame. However, it can be a bit tricky to get it positioned just right initially. Once itâs in place, itâs very secure and provides excellent support for various stretches.I appreciate the adjustable design, making it suitable for different heights and flexibility levels. The material is durable, and the strap doesn’t dig into the skin, even during more intense stretches. If youâre looking for an effective and versatile stretching tool, this one is a solid choice. Just be prepared for a little trial and error during the setup process.

Good concept, won’t work for my doors
I got this because it seemed like a good way to improve my leg/hip flexibility and range of motion instead of looking for tall ledges/pieces of furniture to elevate my legs up onto, but unfortunately I couldn’t really try it out. I tried to put it on my front door, which is really the only sturdy enough door in my house that also has enough space to work with, but the door was unable to actually close after I attached it. I don’t know if it’s just the kind of door frame we have or what, but I couldn’t make it work so I would not consider this a universal product. That aside, the installation is pretty straight forward and easy to use (until I went to shut the door at least). Maybe not being able to use it is a blessing in disguise, I am quite the klutz and probably would have broken a leg or dislocated something anyway lol.

Solid Hold on Door – Use With Confidence
I’ve always shied away from door anchors of all kinds until I spotted this Kipika anchor set, that lookes robust enough for my needs.I mainly use the door anchor for placing attachments for lat pulldowns, etc. in my garage gym.It helps that the door is a heavy duty exterior door. The hold is solid and secure. No problems so far. I placed a large carabiner on this door anchorto make attaching the stretching band, resistance bands and other gear easier.I’m happy with the quality and functionality of this door anchor and stretching band. I’ll update this review should there be any durability issues.

Just double check your door frame before use
I got this for my daughter. She is a figure skater and I figured she would like this. This works great for stretching. It’s easy to use and easy to set up, didn’t hurt the paint at all. However make sure to double check the frame of whatever door you plan to use this on. The only door in my house she was able to put this on had a frame that was 1/2 an inch along the top of the frame work. The other’s were all 3/4 and were unable to close. All of the doors are 1 1/2 inches wide.

Dangerously loose buckle
This is not safe to use. The hook is very sturdy and easy to install, but the length adjustment piece slips and slides far too easily when applying any uneven pressure at the outer ends. The strap length changes mid-exercise! If you’re trying to use this to stretch out your arms, you’ll end up on the floor if there’s even the slightest differential of force between your left and right arms.

A Strong Anchor, but Things to Consider
My household includes both the ultra-graceful ballet dancer and the over-flexible yoga klutz; this tool was perfect for both of them. The anchor doesn’t move a millimeter, even with 150 lbs of weight on it. The straps are plenty long to accommodate 5’9″ individuals while also reaching the floor when the loops are nearly closed, so they should be good for young children as well. The only concern I have is that the black paint rubs a little bit on the screw side, but not enough that I can see it on my white door without intentionally looking for it (also, my place is a rental, so the paint quality isn’t great to begin with). I’d recommend this to anyone looking to carefully build flexibility, but please read my tips and tricks below:* before you get this, check out the door you’d be using it on. Stand with your back to the door and raise your legs out in each direction (one at a time) – do you have enough room to move? Or do walls/furniture impede your range of motion?* check the door lock system. Does the latch properly secure? The anchor holds fast as long as the door does, so try leaning back with your weight on the handle to see if it holds.* please, please, PLEASE progress yourself slowly! You won’t get to the splits overnight, and trying to do so will likely lead to injury. Please use this tool safely, responsibly, and with progression. Hope we helped!

Der Hacken Funktioniert gut. Der mitgelieferte Gurt ist Murks. Wenn Gewicht dran hängt, hält die eingestellte Höhenverstellung nicht.
