Best industrial scissors I’ve ever bought I used them for everything I used them to cut my dog’s bones I used them in the kitchen I use them for everything they’re so short they have not lost any of their sharpness and they’re so good for a mini different things I encourage anyone who needs industrial scissors do it get them it’s worth the money in the last for a long time they don’t rust or anything.

Not made in Japan
These scissors seem to be OK but I find it strange that they are listed in Amazon’s ‘Japan Store’ yet they are made in China. I thought that the price was great for Japanese quality so I jumped at the chance to buy them without knowing that they were made in China. I occasionally browse the Amazon Japan Store specifically looking for quality products. The scissors are heavy and appear to have a decent quality blade BUT they are NOT made in Japan. It’s amusing to see the print size for the ‘Made in China’ label on the box… you’ll need a microscope to view it! There’s a bit of subterfuge in this product.

They look great and hold up very well even after repeated washing in the dishwasher. Bought a second pair after my son took the first pair to work in the garage.

Wow! These are super sharp and cut thick meat like tissue paper!
I never expected these to be so sharp! Both of the blades are razor-sharp like a kitchen knife. I was cutting chicken to make chicken skewers for grilling and it cut through the chicken like butter. Actually, you should take extra care when using these because you could cut yourself badly with no effort.I gave it 5-stars because of how well it works. But, there are 2 things that are not perfect…1) these are very heavy and my hand got tired after using them for a while2) usually, kitchen scissors can be easily disassembled with a slide & lock mechanism for easy cleaning. These scissors have a nut holding it together that requires a wrench to be able to separate the blades for cleaning in the washing machine
