Cooks like it’s supposed to
It doesn’t have any fancy features like my InstantPot but I only wanted it to slow cook and it does that nicely. I’ve made pot roast and pork roast in it, used both sides only there were no issues. I make a lot of meals for one and it’s perfect. Probably could cook for 2. Both sides are independent so you can use one on high and one on low. I’m going to a Christmas party and thought I’d use both sides for the same thing so they could sit on both sides of the table separately. I’m very pleased.

Perfect element for breakfast foods
I had to have one of these after my sister in law used one for a small breakfast spread of scrambled eggs and country fried potatoes. Just the perfect size for a small food affair. Very efficient in keeping food warm/hot. Love it!!!

I bought 2 of these, just to have a back up. I followed the directions to burn off any electrical smells. We eat dinner at different times and now I can freeze individual casseroles etc. These crocks go through the dishwasher without taking up too much space nicely. Amazon also sells Cooknbake 4.5â silicone cake pans which shapes, bakes & freezes food fitting these crocks perfectly and will heat a frozen 8-12oz food portion to serving temperature in a hour on the high setting. This slow cooker is a game changer for the reluctant short order cook on the run.
