Definitely a change
I have been dealing with loss if hair due to extreme stress from caring for my terminal husband. I wouldn’t have had it any other way but after he passed 7 months ago I started noticing I could see my scalp through my dark brown hair. I was horrified. I started using a topical DHT blocker daily as well as this red/blue light therapy hat. I have a family history of Breast cancer so oral DHT blockers were off the table. I use the DHT blocker in the morning and the light at night. Sometimes visa versa. Just depends upon my day. This cap is far better than some I see out there. This has a nice amount of lights and you can feel an extremely slight warmth as you use it. It turns off after 30 minutes. I will usually immediately hit the button to the blue light for antibacterial benefits. Not sure if I need that but it just feels good. It has no heat generated so it almost cools my scalp. It’s been about a month using both products during the same month and I am DEFINITELY seeing a change in my hairs density and some slight proof of regrowth. Little baby hairs around my temples. I am going to use this daily until I am satisfied with my hairs growth and then will do maintenance by using it twice a week or so. I am very happy with this product.

I was about to return the item until I watched the video. That helped me a lot. It is now working and we are keeping it. Larger print and better instructions are needed though.
